Corpus Linguistics - Text Analysis of All Watchtower Publications since 1800's

i've been working on a side project for a while.

the goal of the project is to create a comprehensive database of all publications throughout history.

with this database i will be able to instantly find trends in text,sentiment of writing, methods used, and scriptures emphasized.. essentially i will be able to put a word like "apostate" into my tool, and instantly receive a report showing every time the word (or similar words) has been used in all publications since 1870.. i will also be able to create reports showing word density used in publications over time.. so i'll be able to see that the word "governing body" has increased in usage 25% year over year since 1975.. or i will be able to analyze the november 2014 wt and run an algorithm that helps to determine, what the tone and motive of the writing is.. the thing that i am most excited about is the ability to instantly find every occurence of a scripture in every publication.. this will be a great tool to find flip flops in doctrine as well as inaccuracies in biblical interpretation.. i will for sure publish all interesting findings here.. .

pros and cons of anti depessants?

obviously i'm having ex cult issues, family still in and a wife that's all kokoo for cocopuffs as well as our marriage isn't good.

i would like to leave her, she has never been the kind of wife i wanted.

anyway the stress is getting to be to much, thinking about things all the time and its effecting my work as well as otherthings.

First off, my suggestion is do NOT Trust Psychiatrists.. Many Many times they are simply Glorified Drug Dealers.

They will give you a Generic set of questions, and essentially check Yes/No Boxes.. At the end of this they will Decide, Depression/Bi-Polar-OCD-Anxiety-etc,etc,etc.

They will then most likely prescribe you Zoloft or Prozac, these 2 Drugs are Great for Anxiety & Nervousness, think Alcohol with no Intoxication. They take away your Inhibitions and you just don't care anymore.

These 2 Drugs, may put you through a Roller Coaster for the first 3 weeks or so.. You may start crying for absolutely no reason, or you might have extreme anger one day for no apparant reason, or you might get odd tingling sensations through out your body. It is a Really Odd experience, and they may make you feel ways that you cannot even explain.

SSRI medications do work for some people, however if I had my guess I would say these cases are rare..

Personally I would not recommend Anti-Deprassants, and I would suggest running if they try and Prescribe you any type of Benzo's.. There are 2 Alternatives, that have been found to be equally if not more effective.

The First alternative is Regular Exercise. SSRI Medication recycles Seratonin, where Exercise helps to Naturally create new Seratonin.

The Second Alternative is CBT (Cognitive Behavorial Therapy) This is a Systematic Therapy process that in a sense rewires your Brain. This is not to be Confused with a Psychologost asking you "How do you feel" CBT is a Method that is often effective in curing people of Extreme Phobias.. It really works well.

The early watchtower teaching used this scripture to answer your question.. " No more shall there be in it an infant who lives but a few days, or an old man who does not fill out his days, for the young man shall die a hundred years old, and the sinner a hundred years old shall be accursed." Isaiah 65:20

They interpreted this to mean, a gross sinner will be killed at 100 if he/she does not make an effort to stop sinning.

Good Question.. I may be wrong, but I would say that current WT doctrine teaches that all Resurrected humans will have 1,000 years to "straighten" out their lives, and then they will be Judged based on their Deeds during the past 1,000 years.

Question about dinosaurs, prehistoric creatures, and the eventual appearance of humans.

so i was watching shark week a little while ago and i got to the episode on prehistoric sharks.

they, of course, discussed megalodon, but they also talked about other sharks that were vicious, precise hunters.

then i started thinking about other prehistoric creatures..... t-rex, raptors, etc...... all vicious animals.

There is plausible evidence of Evolution and I believe that there is Plausible evidence of Neanderthals (We humans are made in God's image, meaning we have Physical Traits as well as Spiritual). In my viewpoint, Lucifer was one of the most powerful beings to ever be created.. There are symbolic scriptures that refer to him as "The Most beautiful" and there are also scriptures that speak of him having great power and oversight assigned to him.

Only the almighty can Create Life, so naturally if Lucifer desired to be a God himself, his primary desire would be to create Life. If God created animals like Behemoth to be Herbivores and Peaceful animals, but Lucifer learned the science of cross breeding and he practiced it on animals, they would become Nasty creatures, just like the Nephilim became nasty And Violent.

Im sure that I sound crazy to most, but there is a lot of evidence of cross-breeding in Ancient Liteature, and it is my opinion that many of the Anomalies found in Animal Life exist because of 1,000's of years or Cross-Breeding and experimentation.

Opusdei - It's difficult to know how much the Book of Enoch has been altered, however I have wondered whether or not much of the Bible was sourced from Enoch.

When you consider Enoch's unique life, and his he was Literally taken from the earth, unlike any other Man, and yo consider the things that he says about who can and cannot write holy scriptures, it really makes you wonder.

Personally I trust the Book of Enoch, more than I do most of the Old Testament.

There is also a book called "The writings of the Holy Twelve" again, its difficult to ascertain how much of it has been altered, but some profess that this book was the source of all of the Gospel Writings.

The book starts off a bit slow, but when you get to the parts where Peter discusses the Scriptures, and he prepares to debate Simon Magus, things really get interesting.
