yeah the dubs have a long history of putting women only in subservent postions and then makeing them wear something over their heads........ gasp ......... so they wont be userping the proper headship arraingement.

the bible was written by men............ sure its inspired........ but still written by men. the way women have been treated by that whole culture.............. its sometimes good.......... meaning you get a good man and he wont make her wash his feet............ WOW aint that mighty big of him. far more often you get examples of the judge that refused to do anything about the widows case but she kept at him so he finally gave in to shut her up....... or how jesus would actullly speak with women like the samaritan woman at the well........ when everyone else would have ignored her as if she wasnt there................ nice.

so a modern woman is supposed to feel what? JOY at how she woulda had to be rich......... look good......... and be silent and fertile......... otherwise her value wouldnt be appreciated bibilcally?

yeah i can forsee this being a HUGE commercial success with feminsts the world over........

hahahahha i love it when people make such claims............. i call bulls*** straight up. if you got one person who is less of a physical threat than you are........... and they ARENT on drugs............ and they DONT have mental problems and RETARDED STRENGTH............. sure if you wanna have bruises and scratches and scrapes be my damn guest................ more than one.......... your gonna get hurt.

i had a close personal friend........... who has been into martial arts since we were like 13........ i think he is a 3rd degree black belt in a HARD martial art........... thats all well and good in my book. we were out in the field behind his house looking for a good place to shoot and out of no where this huge dog ran toward us.......... i pulled up my .45 and prepared to end it.......... made my judgement call......... the dog was acting funny and made to attack us........ there was foam around its mouth........ i shot it a couple times in the chest and head.

how my friend got mad cause it was a neighbors dog.......... i looked at him and said......... what....... youd rather i like you kung foo it todeath? likely getting bit in the process............ with it acting funny and appearing to have rabies or something.......... if it woulda been going somewhere else........ ida let it but it was comeing toward us and made me pretty sure it was gonna attack us.....

he was still pissed at me........... then about a month or so later........ he tells me............ yeah apparently there was several cases of rabies reported........... his dad had to put down a few of his cattle because of it...........

personally i dont want to hurt any one or anything.......... that includes my own hands punching something. if the best situation requires me to go hands on......... then ok. other wise ill avoid it or ill shoot it as a last resort.

Why does'nt the WTS give away free books,magazines,and tracts ?

did you ever ask yourself:.

if we are living in ''the last days'',why doesn't the wts advertise free literature over the internet,newspaper,or radio?.

why don't they use all the funds they collect from the sale of all the real estate properties and give away free literature since this is ''life saving work?

lol well they will certainly PRETEND to do just that............ here in the states........... where they DESPERATELY need to keep that religious tax exempt status...............

so they make the brave sacrifice................. all literature is on a donation basis.................. yet in the third world countries where people could literally be starving............ they make them pay for each and every bit of publications they receive.

so i call bulls***............. either you truely put god first and rely on him to provide the money needed to keep on publishing....... like you lied to us about in the mid ninteys.............. or dont bother at all. make ALL the stuff free or quit pretending............ you selfish pricks

got a good one for you guys............. my wife grew up with a young lady....... they have been tight since the age of like 12..... in fact when we got married...... she was the maid of honor..... welll a few years later this girl has moved and we have moved........ wife wants to know if she should bother to keep up with her since she will probably never leave the dubs........... i tell her....... do what you think is right because your not under their laws anymore........... so since she just had a child my wife decides she will try and contact her old friend to send her a picture and just to let her know how we are doing.............

wife googles her and calls but gets a machine......... so no voice to KNOW its her........ so wife says if you are so in so from this place.......... im so in so.......... just trying to get in touch with you...... this is my number.

so what does this so called best friend for life do............ she calls my wifes uber judgemental psyco witness aunt. and starts telling her all this drama bulls***.

my wifes bff has a sister in law who was going to a church that we also attended and apparently she told her some things about us and that church and the jw ministry they had going on...... so without speaking to my wife........... she tries to start some s*** by calling her aunt...........

now she could have called my wifes aunt and gotten my mother in laws number............... and asked her or gotten my wifes number from her and then asked my wife............. thing is........ she DIDNT want to connect with my wife...... she wanted to start some drama and she knew how F*&^%$# ignorant auntie dearest was.

so wife says...... thats pretty much an answer from god........... so then two or three months later bitch decides to call my wife......... we were out........... she left a message............. just wanted to catch up with you............. BULLS*** if that was the case she woulda called us instead of her aunt......... needless to say that call was NOT returned, nor will it be

i'm currently still attending meetings and am "considered" to still be in good standing.

i've cut back on how much i go, because to be honest i really don't believe any of it anymore.

some of it i do still believe is true and legitimate, but most of it i feel is bs.

do elders in england have to report abuse ?

is it the law in england for elders to report child sex abuse to the police ?

i think teachers and others in a position of trust have to .

if not i dont understand why the elders themselves dont think it is wrong, if a brother confesed to the elders that he had murdered someone would they report that to the police ?
