A Question for those of you who run on Empty gas tanks?

i am going to guess there are few to no women who do this.

it has to be mainly guys.....and why take the chance is my question?.

i never go below 1/3 of a tank and refill.

wow.................. wow............. ok can you say exact opposite.

my mother will MAYBE put 10 dollars in the tank, my sister is the same damn way. its like they look at how much money they have.......... and where they want to go shopping......... and what they want to buy.......... and what they want to eat............ and THEN figure up what they will have left over........... thats what they put in the tank and HOPE AND PRAY they make it there.

my dad taught me......... ALWAYS fill up unless you absolutely dont have the money........... and if thats the case the car needs to be PARKED. when i got my first job and had to use their cars i kept them with good tires and full of gas........... untill my mother realized this...........all of a sudden i started haveing to fill up the tank EVERY time i got in and sometimes i would barely make it to town. one month i realized that i was putting 200 or 300 dollars worth of gas into the car every month............. this was when it was NINTEY NINE CENTS a gallon. so i QUIT lol.

now my wifes family............ none of them EVER fill up their cars. i asked my brother in law how much gas his car held because i borrowed it and put ten dollars in it twice and never filled it up or even got it to 3/4 of a tank(ten was all i had on me each day) he said................. um.......... i dont know........ ive never filled it up.

it was always my opinion that "women" never filled up the tanks......... but my bro in law was raised by women so i guessed it just rubbed off on him............ but i have met several women who would always fill up their tanks so i guess the world is just made up of fillers or walkers......... lol

then again my grandma always kept her car full........... so maybe thats where my dad got it........ and im the weird one....... go figure.

My Favorite Field Service Restaurants and Coffee Spots

yup good old sambo's restaurant, was great cause back in the day we could go there and for ten cents and of course a tip for the waitress we could have a bottomless cup of coffee and set there and bs most of the day, and then leave our tip and a watchtower and awake and count it as a placement.. .

there was this bowling alley called hill top lanes in my town, that me and a few of us would go to, we would force our selfs to hang with the friends for about an hour or so in field service then we would say that we have a few return visits we have to go to, we would get there and bowel a few games and drink a few beers and then call it a day and of course leave a few old magazines there.

and when i was really young me and this dude would go to the gray hound station and pass out a few tracts then play pin ball till about 1:00 pm and count the time.

hell i would get up at 7am and start writeing a letter to my non jw grandma...... bout 5 minutes worth, then get my shower and get ready to go........... meet for service at 9am. work with whoever showed up and 80% of the time i was the only one with territory....... and i picked my territories carefully. i wanted more rural than city so longer distance between houses........ and i picked the ones where i didnt know anyone who lived there. nothing worse than to come face to face with someone you know or work with. embarrassed to be there but fully brainwashed so you couldnt NOT make your presentation or else jehovah would hate you lol. so then i would plan lunch around the good places to eat and try to go with people who would leave a magazine....... cause i thought it was tackey but if they wanted to i would sure as hell count the time. then afternoon i would make the drive to the far reaches of the territory...... sometimes from the east to the west if ya know what i mean................. make a call in each of the two farthest corners of the territory....... yeah.

i was leaving to go have my finger prints done when i seen a nice long red scratch from the back door to the rear bumper of my car.

it looks like she basically drove onto my car because it's scratched the alloy wheels.

there is black tire on the rims of my tire with red in the mix.

let us know how it goes with this wench.............. and if she gives you any crap, start calling the police annomusly everytime they get loud and rowdy. if they cant have their fun maybe they will leave.

What's the longest you've spent without going on a computer?

i don't spend a day without turning on my computer.

sometimes i wonder how long i could go without turning this thing on..... it's true that i have good music downloaded and i enjoy listening to music and i love reading bad news...lol and i also love to have a peek here on jwd and chat now and then.. since the last 5 years, i guess i didn't spend a day without going on a computer.

cabel got cut off...... had made an arraingement for them to hold cutting it off untill a date........ two weeks from the day they cut it off............ but somehow they didnt save it in the system........ soooooooo once its cut off the only way to get it back is to pay the bill.......... and it hit between paydays damn it. so two weeks ........ more like 9 days of absolute hell................ solitaire dosent do it for me lol.

Just finished talking to an old JW friend....

....and it was all that i expected.. she and i were extremely close at one time, but we sort of lost touch with each other over a year or go or so, not getting to talk to each other much within that time frame.

she's a very hardcore pioneer as i once was.

i think that's why we got along so great.

i was just sitting here laughing, thinking about how disapointed my father must be in me... what?

that's what tortures me the most, i really didin't want to let anyone down, but damn, how long could i lie to myself?.

i feel that dawg.......... and i think its funny as hell. my dad admires stand up men but when i stand up and call bulls*** and refuse to live a lie......... he aint admiring anything. all he can do is reply with conditioned responses typical of cults................ but you do know there is no where else to go.......... ect.

the fact i stood up and extended my middle finger to that pedophile loving orginazation built upon blood and lies....................... should be respected. i couldnt defend that cult if i was called to....... but i can defend myself and the falseness of it.

funny ....... they always said you must be always ready to make a defense for jehovah........ and i always felt bad because i didnt think i could.............. now i realize.......... i can defend GOD........ just not the religion.

so screw them....... ill defend myself and my family (wife and son) and god........ but *&^% them slimey bastards

Avoiding an Elder

i'm almost six months past walking away from the religion, and one of the elders has risen and thrown a monkey wrench into my entire plan.

things have been great actually.

since i've managed to shed myself of congregation responsiblities, the elders have gotten off my back quite a bit.

yeah thats a damn good idea............. you change congs to one outside your circuit and request your records transfered...... go to a few more meetings then go to another cong even further away and do it again....... then never come back........ they wont know where you went.......... or your phone number so they will have no way to trace you and if they do call the former cong that you were at for a month............. they prolly wont go further than that. you can use the excuse that you have job issues and get transfered or suggest some instability and that you move for work..............

that way the locals wont have jurisdiction over you........ so you KNOW they dont give a rats patooie about ya..... just their responsiblitys according to the flock book.

i would damn sure NOT meet with them. they have NO control over you now you have seen through the bulls***. im to busy right now............ i work alot at my minimum wage job....... thanks wt for that........... to pay my rent. i gotta get up early for work....... so i gotta go to bed right now............ ill call you if i can make some time for ya........ yeah right.......... thats what i would do.
