If she is a jw, then it will be a fine testimony against her, but if not, it doesnt count at all. I enjoy it bec in my former cong someone like her (a jezebel) is manipulating and lying stories around.i was even one of her victims, the local elders pampers her and even promote her husband as a ministerial servant when a year before that they both send a letter to the local elders disassociating themselves ! This letter was put to the bin and after a year they are welcome back and she start her hobbies again.As a ministerial's wife ! Good ha? Good joke gumby! more pls.

members, and former members of the watchtower religion are well aware of the various answers to this question.

and the answers are myriad.

it seems even elders are unaware of the official policy of the watchtower bible and tract society when it comes to the act of shunning "former members.

i did attend yesterday the 3 day assembly ( a sunday) and at the end of the program the bethel rep mentioned 10resolutions given by the society.

One of this resolutions is that those inactive members will be contacted again by the local elders.This will be done vigorously by the elders to welcome back those inactive ones. Let see if it is true.

Nice to be feel welcome again after what i been through with the local elders. It is true that being out of th org, I tasted freedom.No one scrutinized me on what I do with their "magnifying glass" .Esp where ever i go, whom i speak with,whom i go dinner with.I am still with the brother, and we enjoy life more than ever, together.

Now with my total freedom, i dont get scratch by my bottom, i dont scratch theirs.

T o real truth, you are NOT searching the truth, you are searching each other's ideas here to your own satisfaction. You will only take ideas that suits you. Nothing else. But still feel free to "annoy" us here. We are all exJW here, well trained of endurance/ persecutions (by diff degree) , so we will not be worried at all what ever comes up to your accepting our posts here or not.

Well, i got some bible(diff translations) with me here, hope it can help you.

New world translation: John1:1 In the beginning the Word was, and the Word was with God,and the Word was a god.

New Jerusalem Bible: In the beginning was the Word:the Word was with God and the Word was God

New English Bible: When all things began, the Word already was, The Word dwelt with God,and what God was, the Word was.

The New Testament by: James Moffatt :The Logos existed in the very beginning, the Logos was with God, the Logos was divine.

If you want really to know, get research yourself and not only in one verse and that's it,but you got to go further.Example what does Jesus says in Revelation 3:12?

It will be your own understanding of the verses that matters, not what others say to you.That is why personal research is important,after all each one has to carry each own load.

Believe those who seek the truth, doubt those (who think) they have it. Many inside the organisation thinks this way:

"I am alright Jack, I am in , i will be save through Armageddon. I am in the truth! I have the truth.... blah blah blah...."

But look how they behave, worse than those outside!(the worldly)

ha ha ha ha. I wonder how many will be.

1999 watchtower cd-rom.

can someone point me in the right direction for this cd-rom?

i have been having some discussions with a jw and i can't get access to any of the source material without going through him.

i asked him if i could burn it but he wouldn't let me because of copyright laws, etc.

i am new here, just been three days browsing around.i wonder if anybody can encourage me.. i came from philippines.

i was baptised in france.

i am married in philippines to a non jw.my husband commit adultery 1999, i file a legal seperation case in phil court based on evidential facts,(he got a baby with his mistress).. my petition of legal seperation is denied.

Lisa, you're right. Good enough i got the courage to handle all these. I was betrayed by my stupid husband, persecuted by those i believed i can count on, has to spend money again to a new annulment case just to be free to remarry, olalalah lots to decide.

I had to wait for the elders' decision. I can wait a long time, the answer is never.I had to wait for the judge decision, the same, i had to wait for the French govt hmmn maybe there's a hope there. Anyway, i have vent my side to this column, i am happy that i got encouraging words, really, if i didnt decide to live with the brother, and let the elders dictate me with my life ,what will be our situation? He will show being a good boy in one corner, i will be on my own too, while under the disfellowshipping verdict. On top of that we never get anything

One comment about my disfellowshipping was:

"So as a disfellowship sister, you are not in the book of life anymore, is it?

I said: who knows, you think those who are inside ,sure to be in the book of life?

i am asking from the elders to recognize us only as husband and wife within the organisation. The vf is only for those in the organisation.Concubinage is legal in France.They dont bother if couples live together sans marriage. There is even a law called PAC to marry gays and lesbians.

I dont have legal papers in France. I been informing the immigration about my status last January 2003.I ve been paying my 4 years taxes, got a social security number from the French govt, got a home to live and good work as house employee in Monaco ,got four employers who wants me legalise my status by sending dossiers in Prefecture de France.Since I am in France i got a minimum condition , got even three bank accounts and subscribed life insurances. Still waiting.

By the way what has it got to do if i married the brother in the organisation? I t will not change my status in France because the marriage will be ONLY recorded in the Organisation , France will not recognize marriage outside the Municipal Hall.I understand that there are lots of MARRIAGE BLANC all over the world for paper purposes. I understand that perfectly well. But then is it what the organisation should think also to a brother and sister? When did they start working for the State?

All i want is to be in good standing before Jehovah thru the vf but refused. Now my ex had married the mistress (i dont know how he did it) i am now working for the annulment base on bigamy ground. Cost me a lot.But it will be another hard battle because of the Church. It may take two years if lucky.Got six years if unlucky. My relatives suggests bribes to the judge. My lawyer and the brother said no. I f Jehovah is with you, He will give you the requests of your heart.
