I was not df`s but one member of my family was.She was df innocentely,how you may ask,can be?the story is long and painfull. How can symple man,without experinces,ignorant as far as not knowing what they were doing to a human been,with a unhuman attitude ,arrogant,be in a position to judge?I ASK.She was reinstate,but I can immagine ,that sort of humiliation she went through,will never live her. My husband and I were very close to be dfs,but we di not gave them the time to act,we sack them,we walked out of that crazi situation with only few words.They knew the reason,but they asked for the confrontetion that they never have had.We new too much and they keep it quite. We freely got in and freely in time came out.

How do we stop feeling like exjws?

today i had an episode of dissociation, the feeling of being totally disconnected from everything and everyone.
as if all of a sudden i knew no one or wasnt connected to anyone.

I was born catholic,I became a pentecostal for six months,then in limbo for some years,until the j.w knock to my door,I actually did like their policy and became a j.w.My husband and I left the org.a year ago,with not regretes.I am sorry that I can not help you more but once I so the label poison,I stop drinking it.Filling like exjw? not really,I do not even regret the time with them because,I consider another experience in my life that is the past.If you look back at every things that has happen to you in the past,try to remember the brightest side of it and smile,soon you will fell better.I have to practise it every day for diferent reasons and I know if you do not think positive you go crazy.

i realise that when i went to meetings it was done by some people but was frowned on but now here it is on page 21 "our publications need not be quoted verbatim.
jehovahs witnesses do not simply repeat what their publications say.

the elders came
by the mole inmy friend and my sister has betrayed me in my confidence to ask them on issues i have with the org.
i admitted that i dont think what the org is telling is all truth.
so the elders came and whipped me but i would not bow down to them, my freedom is at stake and i will not be a robot.

Great meetup at Lake Ginninderra
by barry inyes i had to leave early as the good wife was shopping at the mall and i didnt want to be sleeping in the doghouse for being late.. kim, mr kim, ossie, mrs ossie and mr and mrs bliss were all there as well as some other exwitnesses.
lots of good food slowly cooked was had by all [the electric bbqs were free but im not sure if the council likes to pay there electricity bill].
and ossie had plenty of that red shiraz, there probably still up their drinking that.. barry

The j.ws.are specialized in mixing words up as if it was a cocktail.What we won`t see in this system of things is simply the end of what they see ,but nobody else does.They are at the end of the road and I am sure they do not know, what to invent any more,but this shall not last forever, they always get the special light to blind the poor brain washed.just wait for the new outcome .they never sorprise me.

Life was meant to be easy,but there is not such a thing.My dreams are simples that is be happy with what I have ,and enjoy it to the last bit,never ask for more,you will never get it,anyway. Friends? hmmmmmm,not sure,family? you have to be very lucky to see them at the door,soooo,be happy,and keep dreaming.

Can we forgive our parents??????????
by LyinEyes inguess this kind of goes with the other thread i started about looking at the inner child that is still hurtingk by posting a pic of us when we where kids.. i found this pic of my parents, my mom was just 15,,,,,my dad barely 18, shortly after , they married soon and i was born when my my was just 16. .
just looking at their faces in this moment in time, in this picture, i can see , that they were just kids too, that they were not ready to face the hardships of starting a family so soon.
i am not making excuses for the things they both did,,,,,,,,,,, they both did many things to hurt me.

All your comments are very well put it,some very sad.I am a mom,a migrant from Italy.The start in this country was far from easy,i am sure you understand what I want to say.Our daugheter was only 18months old .Our conditions on arrival in this country were not sooo good,we have had to learn a totally diferent culture,language etc etc.So far so good,the point is ,made as we all are,can be possible some errors can occure on the way?how many of you have children and can put the hand up and say "I am good ,I am the best up to this day, I have never made mistakes".I say to you , you are very wrong,we all do.I have to admit there are things that you can not forget,but ,only but,are you sure you will never do something that can be unforgettable? Not every thing was in those days pink,but I ccould see the effort they must have had to put in to it to support the lifes of nine kids.I will always love them for all the things they did to us.
