  hey friends,.

  i had a chance encounter with one of the elders in the congregation i was in today.. guys, still today, i feel like a broken man.

  somedays i just want to sit and home a cry all day for all the pain this organization has given me.. i came out from the "world" and came into the "truth.

  Probably the fact that you think you're so smart and you couldn't be "had."

  Yet, now I'm researching things that were "out" since the 1980's, but all this time, I never researched it because we weren't supposed to.

  Hey Friends,

  I had a chance encounter with one of the elders in the congregation I was in today.

  Guys, still today, I feel like a broken man. Somedays I just want to sit and home a cry all day for all the pain this organization has given me.

  I came out from the "world" and came into the "truth." TM. Me and my wife served 9 years as regular pioneers.

  There's too much to tell, but when we got into problems, we were ABANDONED by the organization.

  I can't tell you the hurt that is in my heart. I can't tell you the PAIN that I feel inside.

  At times, I've been really strong on this forum and talked about trusting in Jesus and moving on.

  But I tell you, sometimes it's hard.

  I'm on Paxil. I'm divorced. And I'm treated like a leper to the people I once thought were my friends.

  In many ways, my life is better now.

  But still, there are times when the pain of what I've been through shines so deep.

  Uniforms. Uniforms.

  Big Tex wanted the Dallas Cowboys outfits.

  I disagree.

  I say they come out with those "gawd aweful - super duper unsexy skirts that cut off at mid calf."

  You guys know what I'm talking about.

  Then as the debate begins, they strip off that outfit and to reveal shorty shorts and a lace bra set.

  hey guys, .

  for the past few years, i've struggled tremendously with depression and an overall sense of low self worth.

  i've been a fan of anthony robbins (self help guru) and read a couple of his books, but i strongly recomend the tapes "lessons in mastery.

  Yes, he does look fake.

  And quite frankly, before I read one of his books, I was like - this guy is a kook!

  But he's not. He used to be REALLY FAT and decided to change his life.
