You mentioned people forcing their morals on others by supporting anti abotrion laws and passing laws that restrict access to abortions. Well, forcing one's amoral self centered abortion practices on other human beings (they're called babies) doesn't seem to bother a lot of people. Abortion doctors will perform abortions on whoever walks in the door with the correct amount of money. I have NEVER heard or read of an abortion doctor or clinic who has donated free abortions to the indigent. It's show me the money otherwise hit the door or don't even bother showing up. There are very few abortion done every year that are medically necessary and abortion MD's and clinics will NOT do them for free- they send those people to the nearest county hospital where they HAVE to be done regardless of the persons ability to pay. You can access CDC statistics on line. There's ton's of info on abortions by state, age, race, etc. Dan the Man- your eyelash mites don't share half of your genetic material like your own baby does. Well, maybe........ Petty Grudger- demonstrating is called freedom of speech and expression. It's still allowed, altho begrudgingly by a lot of states. No one can make you feel dirty against your will- YOU are the only one who can give someone else the power to make you feel dirty. And judging is done all of the time- you(generic You, not you personally) are doing it when you disagree with anyone about anything. You think an issue thru, arrive at your opinion and express that opinion. That's called judging. If you aren't suppose to judge than how can anyone ever be jailed for any crime ever committed? As a side note. Most men are ardent abortion advocates- they get to play and never have to pay- child support, for education of the kids, etc.They just send their girlfriend or shackup of the week to the corner abortion clinic with the $300-$500 bucks and go on to the next brainless idiot willing to jump in bed.The feminist and pro abortion movements have done more to liberate men from responsibility than anything.

I am definitely pro choice- I think everyone should have the choice to pay taxes or not or to send their kids to private schools at the gov's expense if they do choose to pay taxes. Oh, and I am an antiabortionist.

When I heard rumors of child abuse cases and surfed the net and found Silent Lambs I was shocked and livid!!!!! DA'ed myself faster than you can swat a mosquito. Told them I refuse to sully MY name by being associated with an org that tolerates, aids and abets child molestation. About a week later I found out about the UN fiasco on the net and have been learning new things almost weekly. No one has come to my house or bothered me as I have been collecting "ammo"(info) and fully intend to use it and they know it. I staple fact sheets that I put together to mags or booklets or whatever WTBTS stuff I find anywhere. They stopped leaving tracts in the waiting room for the unit I work in at my hosp. Guess they found all of those tracts defaced with fact sheets.

WOOOOOOOOOOOW!!!!!!!!! That is so neat!!!!! Look at all that snow!!!!! Did the moose hurt the cat? Was he just curious? Is he a pet(moose)? Do you feed him? Does he come around a lot? Living in the very deep south I rarely get to see snow-think it's incredibly beautiful. The only moose I have ever seen is in the zoo.

i look forward to coming here every day and reading even if i don't post.
some times i have to wipe the tears away either from deep sorrow from some of the things i read or from laughing so hard i can hardly make it to the bathroom in time.

Religious Freedom
by Yerusalyim inhave i missed it or have we not discussed the move by france to forbid the wearing of religious symbols and garb in public schools?
no hijab (scarves worn by muslim women) or kippot (the beanies worn my orthodox jewish males).
how do you feel about this?

There is a modicum of religious freedom now in France but this won't last. As the Islamization of Europe takes place during the 21st century Christianity, Judism, and other religions will be replaced by the Muslims. They are the only one's having children in sufficient numbers to affect the population trends. That coupled with Muslim immigration into Europe will see a Muslim France by the 22nd century. Then all who are not Muslim will be forced out thru various means just like the middle east. There are very few Christians, Jews and other religions in Muslim countries. They speak tolerance but practice extermination of all non Muslims.

he is thinking of funding church groups that do volunteer work.
he was visiting a church in louisana today that has had a childcare program since 1941. he would like to see federal funds given to such organizations even if they are run by a church.

Do not think gov should be in the business of subsidizing any religious activity. But I also think that gov should not restrict or interfer with any religious activity either, unless it is a clear danger to others.

Excuse me but no one will rid Africa or any other country or continent of AIDS unless every male is castrated and every female has her private parts sewed up. AIDS is a behaviorial disease and until people decide that spreading their legs for anyone who comes along is a dangerous and self destructive habit you will always have AIDS and other diseases. I don't see that this country has an obligation to save everyone from themselves. They have to do that themselves.
