Its worth looking at the video again, and concentrate on the judge. It's clear that he knows this guy is avoiding the questioning of the lawyer. He seems pissed off by it.
And for the record, when my sister was disfellowshipped, I was forbidden to have ANY contact with her.

Disgusting, despicable!!!! But I agree that at the outset it was difficult to tell which lawyer was alamb's attorney. That is what is so frustrating in these cases -- trying to get the lawyers to comprehend the morass that is the Jehovah's Witness religion. They are hired for their expertise, but they really have NONE when it comes to the religion, so the usual direct examination and cross is invariably weak. If I needed a lawyer, I'd be the first to hire AuldSoul (when he's ready). Meantime, I'm glad that judge had tons of documentation to give the background and the brochure to make it clear the elder was perjuring himself.

That is what I was thinking.........they have no idea the lingo of the JW religion..........so this clever wormy PO.....uggggggggggg............I was thinking........this man that is in the org 30 yrs as a PO, what a weak representative for his religion. He answered questions with questions.......and danced around answers over and over again.
What sickened me most was that he is speaking for the organization........."Gods channel" and was so lame.
And what a lie about an elder having a Christmas tree........he would be out the door in a New York Minute........I could not see them spending much time to hear his excuse for that.
How can he deny that there is not a custody brochure.
And I will have to listen again........but did he say there was no JW organization manual?
What is the OM book?
