How can you do that with a wee bairn and another on the way?

Thats a good point Dr. Jekyll, but I consider my partner to be the biggest child in my house and I like to be able to go out shopping without him telling me how much money I can spend, and I like to cook what I like instead of compromising, and I like to use the internet whenever I please without him moaning that he needs it, etc etc.

I have a lodger that I flat share with. It was funny listening to what Ellie said, because when you flat share, you still have to consider who gets what use of the kitchen and bathroom. And because we both share the cost of the internet, you have to consider one person hogging all the bandwidth while the other person is trying to play a game online. I'm sure it's a good life skill to have to learn respect and open comunication even between two blokes who are friends.

And I go to bed with my 3 year old because she won't sleep alone, and my partner goes to bed with a couple of extra pillows.

I have never been married, would have liked to have been, but the troof got in the way and the "right" jw male never came along.

I am living with dedpoet now, having moved in at the beginning of the year. We have no particular plans to marry, we are just enjoying being together at the moment, but marriage is something we might consider in the future, we'll see how it goes.

Happily cohabiting - no intention of changing that by getting married.

In a former life I was married to Mary Wollstonecraft.

Huh? You're in love with the woman that wrote Frankenstein?
