Reading this thread ive just realised that in 30 years asossciated with Jw,s (from the age of 3!)i dont recall ONE SINGLE SHOCKING OR SURPRISING announcement.Not one.Nada.Nein.Loads of whispers and speculation and disappointment.
I recall tons of HYPE and the 1995 generation change was eye opening ..but shocking?Nope.Not really,not when you stop and think.
This bollocks willnot be any differant i assure you.
I'll be at this weeks service meeting tomarrow, so I'll be able to fill you all in on the nothing that will be revealed.

Well, I remember at one of the New York 8 day assemblies, they announced that some of the "Princes" would be there and everyone was so anticipating and excited. Turned out to be the Elders were the Princes. What a disappointment. All of the "exciting" things they said would be announced turned out to be just a new campaign that we had to do. I am sure this will turn out the same way.
