How exactly did man being imperfect cause AIDS?

I'll go with the 'AIDs was engineered' as a BIO weapon theory. So, maybe it could be down to mans imperfect nature afterall. A lot of men are bastards and like murdering each other, so they devise cunning methods to do so.

    Angels on the sideline,
    Puzzled and amused.
Why did Father give these humans free will?
    Now they're all confused.

Don't these talking monkeys know that Eden has enough to go around?
Plenty in this holy garden, silly monkeys
Where there's one you're bound to divide it
    Right in two

    Angels on the sideline,
    Baffled and confused.
Father blessed them all with reason,
And this is what they choose?

Monkey killing monkey killing monkey over pieces of the ground.
Silly monkeys give them thumbs they forge a blade
And where there's one they're bound to divide it
    Right in two

Monkey killing monkey killing monkey over pieces of the ground.
Silly monkeys give them thumbs they make a club,
    And beat their brother down.
How they survive so misguided is a mystery.
Repugnant is a creature who would squander the ability,
To lift an eye to heaven, conscious of his fleeting time here.

[Cutting it all right in two
/ Cut it all right in two]
/ Cutting our love right in two]

Fight over the clouds, over wind, over sky
Fight over your lie, over blood, over anything
Fight over love, over sun, over nothing
    Fight till they die,
(Ahhh!) over what? for their ending

steveyc- they are all key phrases, so what point are you making? That i need to know all these terms to understand what, the arguments are for evolution?

    Dido:
That's exactly the point. MRSA is a biatch, with no known cure. There are now bacteria and virus' that never existed before. Were they created or did they evolve?

The reason bacteria are such a good exampleis that they have such a fast reproductive rate (some in the order of 20 minutes) that they can evolve fast enough to see it. For example, if it takes 100 generations to effect a small change that would take abour 3,000 years in man, but only 33 hours in bacteria. I don't know how many that is in dog or cat years, I'm afraid

Personally I don't think this detracts from the idea of a "God" who started everything, setting up the code and parameters, and let it spring into existance. Nor does it detract from another popular idea in the USA, that God retained a guiding hand over his creation, as it evolved.

I guess that all I'm trying to say is that the possibilities are limitless, and we don't have to restrict ourselves to a situation where we either believe in creation or believe in evolution. There are plenty of possibilities in between that don't entail ripping one another's eyes out

I wasn't making any point. I was trying to help you partake in this discussion by teaching you what the other posters were talking about so 1) you don't come across as the unenlightened fool that some have suggested, and 2) if we were going to have a discussion, we would both know what each other was talking about.

    That's all.

But, I get the feeling that this is a waist of time, so I will cease.

    Take care.

LT- these new virus` have been caused by man, take aids for instance, it was created because man had unnatural sex with monkeys, and so the other virus` could be formed because of other unnatural things that we are doing to cause them, or meddling with. If it is as you say, why is that the only area that has `evolved`? I feel that different people on here discussing this subject, want to bully me to into believing what they think, i was only retaliating to their attack on my belief, i don`t want to scratch their eyes out, ( well maybe just a couple, but i won`t mention their names!!) At the end of the day, i will keep an open mind, and if someone can show me solid proof, then i might change my view, so far nobody has.

steveyc- if some of the other posters want to think of me as an unenlightened fool, just because i haven`t got a degree in science, well let them, that`s tame to what i think about some of their arguments. It seems to me that if you don`t believe in evolution, you`re a `dummy`, well that`s their opinion, i won`t lose sleep over it, thanks, anyway.

What would you consider proof? And what exactly are you looking to have proven?

dido, you don't need a degree in anything to understand what they mean by evolution. Its very simple.

You actually believe in evolution. The statements you have made are FOR evolution. MICRO-evolution.

What you don't believe is MACRO-evolution.

AlmostAthiest- the only thing that would convince me if humans were to evolve, and they haven`t. I am not convinced about animals either.

stevenyc- micro/macro whatever, i am bored with this subject now.

Little Drummer Boy- i didn`t see you contributing, easy to comment from the sidelines, are you afraid to give your opinion in case you get shot down? At least i`m not.
