I haven't read all posts, but I assume you mean your question on the link between consciousness and evolution?
If so, Nobel Prize winner Gerald Edelman convincingly showed that (self)consciousness can be satisfactorily explained by evolutionary theory. I'd recommend his books titled Neural Darwinism (1987) and Consciousness, How Matter Becomes Imagination (2000, with Tononi). He revolutionized the field of neuroscience.
