    Thanks again for the flowers

    I am going to have a better day today!!!! I will, I will, I will.

    I got up early to have some time to myself. Started a fire in the fire place, and am now ready to get up and face the day.

    My back hurts, partly from lifting my mom, partly from massive posting on this site yesterday. I am up and down all day, but I noticed yesterday that I would plop down in my chair sideways, twist around and type in a quick post. I wouldn't even pull my glasses down off my head to my eyes, so lots of typos. I need to rethink my meds, I was definately displaying OCD behavior yesterday.

    Today is new with no mistakes in it, other than my back, no complaints yet.

    BTW, I just lost my post on your anniversary journal......give me a minute. I'm horrified, I never take time to actually write something with more than a few words....ARUGHHH!!!! I need that emoticon now Bumble Bee .

    Bee, I just saw your comment about my journal entry. Thank you for letting me know that I have been able to help you. You are one of my dearest friends and have helped me get through a rough time just by being trustworthy and a good listener. You let me open up to you and didn't push me away afterward. I appreciate you more than you could know.

    After a very kind invitation from CoCo to join this thread, here I am...

    Hello to all...

    I love journals, I have kept one most of my life... dreams, memories, daily activities and venting....(alot of venting over the years...lol)

    It is a "Beautiful" day here, in Southern Indiana...

    We are in the process of building a patio on the back of the house... something I very much look forward to.

    There will be mud to deal with for awhile, contractors, big trucks, concrete & mud tracked in the house, and of course a few "Choice" words by Hubby here and there...and no doubt, by me also...lol..

    I look past all of that in my mind and see....

    All the mess cleaned up, people and trucks gone... flower pots over flowing with beautiful plants, morning glories opened wide on the trellis and "ME" sitting there enjoying my morning cup of coffee, listening to the birds...."Serenity"... ( for a few moments, anyway).

    A perfect place to relax outside.... I can't wait.

    I'm glad I took some time to browse the site...this is the first time I've noticed this topic...quite refreshing to read through, allthough I skipped from page 5 to here.

    Now that it is marked I can pull this topic up. As time goes by perhaps I too will lend some daily thoughts. Not much of a writer though, takes to much time....

    I did not have a good day today. It was all I could do to hold it together at work today, and went to the bathroom several times to dry my tears. I'm down one chair, and have a nice purple and blue hand
