On your first date tell them to keep their hands in their pockets and their feet to themselves. You'll do OK if these rules are followed.

Oh if only you had said that before I took it upon myself to handle her feet. I have a foot phobia. I hate human feet - to look at - I would certainly never touch them. However as we walked to our picnic spot around the lake she took off her new sandals because they were blistering her feet. When we laid out the blanket I dont know why but I took out my savlon (which i brought for my tattoo before you start wondering what bizarre sexual rituals I was planning - we can talk about that one later!) and then took her feet and annointed the blisters gently without really thinking about it. When we got home the skin which was blistered and raw hours earlier had completely healed. She says that as i did it I looked like the woman in the gospel who washed jesus feet with her hair or something and radiated this light. So it looks like I am now a healer on top of all my other virtues folks. Next time you see me it will be on stage healin' all types of folks of epilepsy and diabetes and stuff! Okay I am scoffing because I am embarassed and weirded out by my own out of character behaviour. I mean even if I was blind drunk I still wouldnt touch a human foot before this. Really spooky! I need to speak to Little Toe and see if he knows any explanations. I'm sure you lovely folks can remind me of my less angelic qualities! :-) no thats not an invitation - oh go on then! Always meet on "neutral" ground so neither runs into someone they know.

Always have a plan of exit. Example: set it up w/a friend that if you call them on the cell phone and first let it ring 3x then hang up and ring them again for 2 rings and hang up -signal for them to call you to give you an excuse to leave.

Always use your womanly intuition...........ah perhaps that won't work in this scenario?

It is comforting to know that you won't have to deal w/a "he said, she said" ..........

Crumples, it sounds like you had a lovely time, as well as put yourself out there, and I'm very proud of and happy for you. I also want to second Sass-My-Frass's sentiment that you touch many people (including me) online and I am honored to "know" you. :-)

Please tell me you haven't explored the Male / 19 / White / Body Modification culture yet, have you?

This reminds me of my experience with this sort of thing. I have always been attracted to woman but after dating them, I decided that I actually didn't want to have a relationship with one. All my dates with women were complicated. Men are so much easier to understand and less emotional. Women wear me out.
