"Before me, there was no God formed..." WHAT??? Before a never begining God, there was no god formed...WHAT??? Is this an oxymoron? Part of the sentence cancels out the other part like "a loud silence." OK, I am starting to REALLY NOT believe in God. Parts of the Bible are not making omni-science sense like the story of how God had to go down to Sodom to see if the awful stories he heard about it were true. Omni-science: NOT! (Yes, I know it is just one word. I like to separate some words, sometimes. Doesn't it mean all-knowledge?)

White Dove....you're taking literal words from the Bible and confining God into that small space. Separate literal Biblical stories from the Divine Creator and God comes through. You're throwing the baby out with the bath water, too, IMO, by defining God through Biblical narratives.

I know what you mean. Just because I am finding the concept of the biblical God hard to swallow doesn't mean that there isn't some OTHER kind of god or supreme power that made all of this. I am not closing my mind to that possibility because we ARE here, aren't we? So, you're saying that the Bible puts God into an itty-bitty space? If so, I agree.

Describing god has having been potential gets into the eastern method of thinking. It illiminates any possibility that he was god or a god at that time. Potential can become anything. As well, if indeed potential did give birth to a bible god, that would not remove the remaining potential out of existense. Bible creator god would have been merely one of the possibilities that popped out of the potential. The potential as infinite as it was before the presumed god existed would remain still standing, as before. While i'm not well versed in physics, i believe that the concept of potential exists there. One example would be a flat sine wave.

Consider that some scientists have said our universe in not infinite, but finite; if were in our own "little" universe, it just might have needed to have someone set certain laws of physics into play. Im not sure. Did gravity need to be created or does it just instantaneously appear when planets are created because thats just what happens when shit happens.
Im not a physicist or PHD but i can read.....It makes just as much sense to me that a superior alien intelligence is using the earth as their lab and were the guinea pigs. It will always be a mystery i dont know BUT dna is an issue that needs to be adressed ..if theres no intelligence that played a part in our existence then what about DNA? Doesnt it appear to have been placed in humankind?

It would be nice then, if we could turn to spirituality to get an answer about God. But there are thousands of religions and thousands of sects, and outside of those there are millions of people with their own very personal brand of beliefs, often a mishmash or various religions. No consensus on what and how God is. So it seems God, if he exists, hasn't made things easy for us.
Interesting and I empathize, but the fact is, ostensibly belief in God will jump to 100% by the time Armageddon is over.
At any rate, some of us, like myself don't worry any more whether there is a God or not. In my case I've actually seen and spoken to the Creator. My experience in this regard is that he appears the way he is described in the Bible, most notably, he has what we call a "natural" hair style, like the early Jackson Five used to wear!
When I first saw this I was surprised, but then completely reflected on what the Bible had said about God's hair, which was that it looked like clean wool. That is, a perfectly smooth natural haircut. And, of course, he looked black, ethnically with features not unsimilar to the late Gregory Hines, that is, fair-skinned enough to be considered as mullato.

But of course, it occurs to one that wool would be the closest thing they'd seen for a hairstyle like that. So that was a surprise though I had surmised that angels being reflected in mankind, would be of all races, from white to black, and that Jehovah would be a mixture of the two extremes, which would be someone who looked mullato.
But the point most pertinent for this discussion in seeing God, was that he matched the description in the Bible and thus seeing God was not something apart from what I had been taught and believed based on what the Bible said.
Now I will share this with you as well that was part of my experience. I was a huge fan of Diana Ross and actually got a chance to meet her, one-on-one backstage at Caesar's palace. I was sitting right next to her. But I made the mistake of saying "oh, you know" as part of my nervousness, something all of us say. And she very directly and calmly said, "No. I don't know." SHOCK! But I'd heard of this rather matter-of-fact direct and honest manner of hers. Well it was similar to the first thing I asked the Creator when I saw him, which was this very question: "How did you get here?" To which Jehovah said, in the same, direct, very non-emotional and matter-of-fact way: "I've just always been here." You know? I was sooo embarrassed because, obviously, that was already stated in the Bible.
So really, we have the ANSWER but it's too hard for us to comprehend. And that's where it will remain in our state as humans or maybe even as angels. That's part of the "unapproachable light" that God dwells in.
But also, some persons who have these supernatural connections with the Creator, like Moses and Elijah and a few others including myself, don't have the same issues as those whom God is hiding out from. We know there is a God, a god that fit our own preconcept of him generally speaking and its not a worry any more. Further, as we approach Armageddon, the activities related to the millennium are stepping up and so more direct intervention by God is going on and expected, like the action of holy spirit to maintain the secrecy of Christ's secret followers, etc. So for those who already have lots of faith, "more" is being given. Those with the faith get to see the miracles first. Those who are looking for excuses not to believe are given stumbling blocks to possibly make them believe even less.
At any rate, there is one physical manifestation that is miraculous that was provided me, ostensibly to share with the world and something specifically mentioned in the Bible that comes directly from Jehovah himself, or at least as created by the angels, in the form of cloud imagery, which is the nature of the promised "sign of the son of man." THIS is it:
I won't go into the special meaning of the 3-part images, which is (1) a body being lifted out of a river of fire, (2) an eagle descending toward the body, and (3) the up-close face of a sleeping black child. They all relate to the second coming. But it is, in itself, to those who believe it to be from God, some more direct evidence that God actually exists. This is not an over-the-top kind of supernatural thing, but many things God does is not either. We look at grass and trees in the field all the time, but if we stopped to study them, we'd be fascinated by it and would have to become a botanist to fully comprehend the grandeur of it.
So the irony is, that those who are actually seeking God, he tends to be more accessible. For those who are waiting around for God to do some major magic tricks before they decide whether or not to be impressed, he remains far away from them, and might even send them into a wild goose chase in the wrong direction so they will get even farther away!
So whether or not my experience is real or even completely delusional or hypnotic, it doesn't leave me the same option as to wondering whether there is really a God or not, and also whether the Bible isn't God's own inspired word. Which is something I find rather interesting, but also quite comforting. It's a nice position to be in, but obviously a unique one.

SMT Rework Station sra-solder.comUpdate: I've had many inquiries for more information and also from people insinuating that the photo is a hoax, so I wanted to provide an original (but resized photo) for further evaluation.
I was using a Hoya R72 infrared filter on my Olympus C-2100 digital camera. (F/2.8 - ISO 200) I was zoomed in, since the cloud was rather far away. The shot was taken in Southern New Jersey, and I was aiming in a SSW direction. It was only enhanced as far as color correction and contrast. I used a vignette correcting plug-in to lighten the edges of the image where the IR filter casts shadows. I think I also got rid of a hot pixel that was on the arm area... you can see it on the new photo I'm posting since that was left as it came out of the camera.
I saved the color corrected version of the image over the original, so I have now included a different, unedited shot of the hand taken moments later as the fingers of the hand began to fade. A plane is passing through it (or more likely above it) in this one. It is not as sharp, and I did not color correct it or use contrast enhancement like I did on the original one posted. The pink sky is an effect of the IR filter, which I had also corrected in the shot I posted. You can see how the enhancement is needed to correct the color and bring up the details.
The cloud was one small wispy cloud that was rather far away. The IR filter helped to make it visible. It's not a hoax. It's fine if you don't think it was real. For the record, I'm not claiming that this is anything but an oddly shaped cloud caught at just the right moment in time. Oh, and it is resized for the web using Photoshop Elements, but I don't really consider that "Photoshopping". Anyone who would like a copy of the larger version of either image is welcome to email me. If you use the images or post them anywhere, please credit the photo accordingly.
