Mine was a really bitch'n. (lol scrounged from a junk yard) '73 Mercury Maverick. (this is identifying info, oh well) I jokingly called it "The Maver--Lac". It was this color too, but not as nice.

1976 Chevy Chevette.
Was grey when I got it. My brother's friend side-swiped it when it was parked in my driveway. Insurance paid to fix it, and there was a little money left over to have it repainted! So I had it painted MAUVE. You know, the mauveish pink color popular in grandmas' bathrooms? It was actually pretty cool. I took good care of it, and it got me all through high school and the first several years LDB and I were married. I only sold it because I became pregnant and didn't like the idea of toting around a newborn baby in the back of a Chevette. I wish I had a picture of that car.
