Not to get all up in Oomps kool-aid, but I think he just would like for his wife to leave with him so they could actually LIVE.

God, it must SUCK big time when your spouse doesn't see it for what it is. Praise the Flying Spaghetti Monster, my hubby is agnostic.

Yeah, it was hell when I was in and hubby wasn't. Of course, it was hell for me, not him. He did whatever he wanted to.

I am worried about you, you are way too manic. Is there a Dr. that you could see today? Tell him about all the excess energy you are experiencing. If I didn't know any better, you almost seem like someone tweaking on crank.

My mind is swirling around all that is being said on this thread. Damn; I don't understand why some are so pissed at you!

Who is pissed at Oompa? Do you realize how serious mania is? We are gravely concerned about his safety and welfare.

Those of you who are telling Oompa he is fine, look into mania and how serious it is. To placate him during mania is like handing an alcoholic the keys to a fully loaded, unending supply of Whiskey. It's just as reckless and irresponsible.Friends don't enable a manic in their mania. Mania is very dangerous.

Oompa...Even tho we are almost in the same boat I would not even think about trying to gain a relationship with another until the current one is completely over. I think they call it respect. I would never want to hurt ones feelings like that. That is almost unforgivable.

I spoke to a close relative of mine that went thru this. Her mate was very permiscuous on more than one occasion during their marriage and she finally called it quits. She immediatley sought counselling and to this day she said this helped her tremendously. I'm thinking out of the box here, but have you thought about counseling? I know if your wife is like mine she would never attend but I was just thinking about yourself personally.

I'm not trying to say you are nuts or anything but a little counseling might help you thru this tulmultuous time right now.

My counseling is in the form of a cold beer and a gun! You fill something full of enough holes and smoke is rolling out of it you feel a lot better.
