Please do not denigrate this thread. I intend this as serious/honest/trying to understand human nature discussion.
We got you to 2 pages, Jeff. It just took awhile.

On the way out,
Not surprising. Straight men turn into drooling idiots in front of a hot young babe.
Sorry, not the men I know, unless they are 18 years old.
Yes, all men love a good looking woman, but understand there is a wife who can make life very miserable if you fools dwell on that picture for very long.

Sorry, not the men I know, unless they are 18 years old.
If you are in a professional setting and judging men by that,
NO- they usually don't do it there. Also, men often try not to let any ladies see them drooling or leering.
Other men can verify that in the street, at the ballpark, in the autoshop,
at the convenience store- especially when the woman/women cannot
see it- men turn into drooling idiots when they determine that a woman
is pretty/stacked/hot/etc. It matters not what age.I think that gay men might let it slip in front of a woman who would agree
that the man is hot, easier than straight men would let it slip in front of
a woman that they think she or another woman is hot. -

by comparing gays to people with 6 fingers or a person with opposite color eyes- I feel it is giving out a NEGATIVE connotation for being gay ! It somehow makes it seem that it is " unnatural" or like gays are an anomaly , rather than a healthy part of nature. Gays are how they are and it is nothing to be considered unnatural . It should be honored and accepted.
Excuse me, Mr. F? Are you saying that it is a negative characteristic to have 6 digits? Can you imagine what you could do with that extra finger (or toe)? And the lovely Demi Moore with one brown/one blue eye has done quite well for herself, don't you think?
My point was that it is "natural," whether God or evolution (or both) are responsible, all these things and more occur in nature, albeit in tiny percentages. Perhaps your negative connotation exists only in the (same color) eyes of the beholder?

OTWO....
Straight men with no control, let it slip all the time, but what I have experienced, Especially at the grocery store, gas station and convenience stores is a quiet comment, not in front of all people in the immediate area, and never seems to be flirting...just a nice compliment.
(I have turned 49.....helpmejesus!) ......I appreciate the comments of "You look delicious" or "You look like an Angel" and then the guys walk away.
No blathering, sweating, lisping, drooling or trying to pick me up. etc. Just a nice thought...... Every girl loves a compliment.

Being gay is not a "lifestyle". Saying it's a gay lifestyle makes people think gay people have a choice. They do not. A lifestyle is something you can choose or change at will. Like what car you drive or what house you buy. Those are lifestyles and lifestyle choices.
Being gay or straight is not something you can chage at will. Therefore not a "gay lifestyle".

Restrangeled, I have been working with the public my whole life, I am 47 years old. I do not see how you can possibly say that hetero men are not the biggest offenders in the scenario you mention. Television and movies play to this point constantly. I've also worked with many gay men, and never noticed it being any more prevelant. Possibly even less.
JG, that lisp business is a tired old cliche. Maybe if you had more experience with gay men, you would know this.

Cliche or not, it is just something I noticed personally. I don't know alot of gay people, and I have only met one off of this board, and a few at a meetup in Florida. To me it just seemed like an act,
