    Snakes...Just lightening up this thread...

I guess part of BF's problem is that he starts threads and then takes forever to respond. I think hes scared to be on this site, so he just pops in and posts his concerns, and lets us posters wonder if this guy is for real or not.

If your planning on talking to BF over the weekend, that's great. Shoot me an email with any concerns.

Yea but he hasn't to their knowledge gone 'rogue' ...or even 'commando'.

The stuff they are doing is over piddlly.... I mean if a girl was knocked-up or crying rape or claiming intercourse....sure I could see that easily.

And all the threats of calling around are utter BULLSh*t, I have seen that scare tatic too many times. The only way an Elder is wasting his dime (cuz the WTS ain't gonna take kindly to long-distant calls on their phone) is if it is personal or territorial.

Snakes, find out if the CO is involve, if he is I agree boy is toast (unless he wants a Billy X put it be a Dude-b*tch and get the DO involved)!, but if he isn't then all BF is looking at is a bunch of insecure boys waving the d*ck$ around because the resent his placement in their territiory.

Yea.. I believe BF too, and my pioneer lurkers started making lists of eligible JW gals when they read his stats. I swear nothing like being former CO (or appointee anything), and single to get JW gals all hot and bothered.

    A at G:

I'm gonna put "the 40 yr old virgin" in my netflix queue so I know how to handle this case. I suggest the elders on the committtee do the same, lol.

LMAO... I dont think I want to rent that movie..... ...

which reminds me..I need to watch 2 movies I have from netflix then suspend the account...watching 3 movies every 2 months doesnt seem to be worthwhile,,,

I tried to visit another Hall last night, maybe to fade from there. No way.

"The fade" is not moving your Pub Records cards to another congregation. The Fade is GETTING OUTTA DODGE, PERIOD!!!

(I moved over 2000 miles. Then I moved again, 3 or 4 times locally. Then I moved again, a long distance; then I moved several times locally , once again. Ties still held me down and caused some exposure. But, eventually, you can shake these things loose.)

In your case, it seems that you are a big frog in a small pond. Your "radius of action" is too limited. Going a convenient drive across a metropolitan area doesn't cut it, here. You need to move a real distance at least once, then be able to move again.

It may be that your pond is too small; in that case, you can forget "The Fade".

How things are done in the states ain't how they are done in lesser developed countries.
I think he's more looking for other experiences where they've gotten past the two-witness rule and went on to hang a person just because they wanted to see them go down. He wants to know if they can still get him even though according to the rules they shouldn't be able to.

These makes sense. I have met JW's in another country and boy is that true.

And I would want as much anecdotal background as I could get.

If you were a CO at one time you know the answers to your questions. I think this smells bad. W.Once

But they really didnt have two witnesses. So, all you eldes and ex-elders, can they form a judicial committee?

They can. All they need to do is get you to confess. Then they don't need the second witness.

If this is truly the last days of JWD, I just want to say I still think Bonafide or Bonehead is a troll.

PS (If this was all just a misunderstanding, and JWD is not going down, then I am sorry and Bonafide is not a troll.)

Let me enlighten some of you. COs have more information about how to handle JCs than the average elder. COs are company men. They know the rules. They have to. COs don't come to JWD and ask questions about JCs and having only one witness. All this "CO" would have to do is call NY, tell them what's happening and any impropriety would be quickly dealt with from there to the PO. Any elder or "CO" would know this.

And you can't form a judicial commitee to have a fishing expedition. You can have 2 elders ask questions so as to investigate a matter but that is not a JC. If a person admits to wrongdoing without any witnesses, a JC can be formed but not only by means of 1 witness or even hearsay.

Min, I hear what you say and tend to agree.

Still, we don't have to assume that CO's worldwide are all so knowledgeable about the
real way these things take place in the established congregations of the Americas and
    others.

BF could easily be genuine, from some third world or other country, naive about the ways
of WTS outside of what was told to him in his area. He may be convinced that while he was
in power, things were only done on the up and up. Since leaving power, perhaps things got
more like they are in the Americas.

This poster has done nothing but ask a question and state some background. If it's a troll,
then OH WELL. I just give the benefit of the doubt, or I don't post on the thread.

These things would violate official policy. But such things occasionally do happen nonetheless, particularly if the victim is unaware of proper procedure.
