DD - all I'm saying is that Jesus sharing the titles as Yahweh doesn't mean that he IS Yahweh. Just that he inherited them as a son.
BTS asked:" For the 3rd time on this thread alone. Is Jesus a Human/Angel hybred?
In John 6 Jesus says: "I am the living bread that came down out of heaven". What came down? "
Mad: Sorry- I didn't think you were being SERIOUS! By "Hybrid" it appears you think of angels as some kind of creature-thing...hopefully not the fat, winged babies from your Momma Church!
God, Christ, and angels are all beings of SPIRIT ("breath, wnd" in Hebrew & Greek)
The Term "angel" is NOT a reference to some kind of species- but to a POSITION. These spirits are MESSENGERS!
So- did a God/Man appear? ONLY according to CHURCHianity.
Did a human messenger (angel) appear? Yes, indeed! Revelation 2 even REFERS to elders in the congregations as such!
NEXT!
So theMadJW Just a thought here. Jdubs agree with (John1:1)AccordingtoJohn1 In [the] beginning the Word was, and the Word was with God, and the Word was a god. 2 This one was in [the] beginning with God. 3 All things came into existence through him, and apart from him not even one thing came into existence.. . .
So was he a god or an angel.
Jesus is the Ultimate Messenger (Angel) since he is the WORD of God, and Archangel (Leader of the Angels).

so john 1:1 is wrong?
Booby, Jesus "was" God, as MOSES "was"- Exodus 7:1.
Three Supreme Beings were NOT being referred to. The title "god" and "lord" are similar (in Koine Greek- it is all caps, no distinction of fonts)
"And Jehovah said to Moses, See, I have made thee God to Pharaoh; and Aaron thy brother shall be thy prophet."- Darby
The Word's...words...were staright from the One he served, thus the Word 'WAS" God! The context of the ENTIRE BOOK completely kills off the Trinity Fable!
Angel means messenger, but angels are a type of creature.
Humans are not angels, even when they act as messengers. When a human acts as a messenger for God, he is called a "prophet."
Hebrews 1 shows that Jesus is not an angel.
5 For to which of the angels did God ever say,
"You are my Son;
today I have become your Father [ a ] " [ b ] ? Or again,
"I will be his Father,
and he will be my Son" [ c ] ? 6 And again, when God brings his firstborn into the world, he says,
"Let all God's angels worship him." [ d ] 7 In speaking of the angels he says,
"He makes his angels winds,
his servants flames of fire." [ e ] 8 But about the Son he says,
"Your throne, O God, will last for ever and ever,
and righteousness will be the scepter of your kingdom.
9 You have loved righteousness and hated wickedness;
therefore God, your God, has set you above your companions
by anointing you with the oil of joy." [ f ] 10 He also says,
"In the beginning, O Lord, you laid the foundations of the earth,
and the heavens are the work of your hands.
11 They will perish, but you remain;
they will all wear out like a garment.
12 You will roll them up like a robe;
like a garment they will be changed.
But you remain the same,
and your years will never end." [ g ] 13 To which of the angels did God ever say,
"Sit at my right hand
until I make your enemies
a footstool for your feet" [ h ] ? 14 Are not all angels ministering spirits sent to serve those who will inherit salvation?
To which of the angels did God say: This is my Son?
None.
Which of the angels is worthy of worship?
None. All are created beings. Only God is worthy of worship. Even the angels worship Jesus.
