What is being discussed is similar to our old beliefs as JWs, an elect anointed group and the other sheep of disciples. Why is it that Christians like to divide Christians into these camps. see: John Calvin's teaching of 'The Election of the Elect'. Mormons have there version as well.

Actually, Designs, I think what is being said here is that all Christians are anointed. But that not all who call themselves Christian, actually are. This, however, is between them and Christ, and God.

Designs, you are mistaken. This is not the same at all. The other sheep of which the Bible speaks are a different "fold" (Gentiles) but are made into ONE flock WITH the elect (to use your word). They are all elect. On the contrary, Designs, this is not a dividing of Christians but a uniting of Christians.

I am thinking that dear Inkie's response is sufficient, dear BXJW (peace to you!) and so in order not to be redundant (wink at Inkie)... I'll comment no further than what he stated. I do have to comment on what you wrote, dear PSacto (the greatest of love and peace to you, too, dear one!):
Paul was the last apostle, if by apostle one means a person that saw the risen Christ AND receive the spirit from Him.
This is inaccurate. Paul neither saw my Lord (he only heard him speak!)... and certainly was NOT the last one to receive spirit from him! If we are to go by what's in the Bible... John was the last "apostle" recorded there to see our Lord (Revelation 1:13-16). And MANY have received holy spirit directly from our Lord since Paul, and so did not need anyone, including an apostle, to lay hands on them. (Acts 10:24, 44-47) I am just one such person... and there have been many before me... those contemporary with me... and those since. In addition, I have also seen our Lord... and even shared that truth with you all here... although Paul never did.
Finally, an "apostle" is a "sent one", dear one. And Paul was not the last one sent... not by far. Ones will be sent... until shortly before our Lord arrives. It is then that the virgins all fall asleep.

Here it seems like having a phenominal experience is part of the sign you are in the club but when the GB syas they get inspiration from above its considered false. See the similarities among Religious peoples claiming to follow this Jesus figure.

Well, sometimes their teachings and their actions are actually at odds with the one they claim to inspire them - so sometimes its easy to spot someone or some group who is false.
As a personal observation, I don't think Shelby (or Inkie) is trying to get a pat on the back, but rather trying to get people to go to Christ to receive that anointing for themselves.

How is stating the truth patting oneself on the back, dear designs (peace to you!). And why does such truth "bother" you? It makes no sense. The Door is standing open... and ANYONE can enter through him. What sense does it make for those who are literally standing OUTSIDE (because they REFUSE to go in THROUGH the Door but choose to stand outside the "Narrow Gate" and mingle there... with others who "do not go in" as well as those who "shut UP the kingdom of the heavens")... to have an issue with those who DID go in... and are saying TO those outside, "COME! You come, too!"??
Should those who DID go in now start saying, "Well, the people outside... who WON'T come in... don't like it when we say we are in. They want us to either come back out with them... or SAY that we are NOT in (although we are)... so that THEY will feel better about where THEY are." I ask you: would YOU go back out, having now entered and KNOWING what's on the OTHER side of the Door... and that is it WONDERFUL... ENLIGHTENING... TRUTH... or SAY you were outside... although you truly are inside?
Goodness, gracious, I am beginning to think that you are what my children might call a "hater." You know, someone who doesn't have/know... but has a problem with those that do... even though they could have EXACTLY the same thing... if only they made the effort. Here, that effort is minimal: faith. What is UP with that... and why are you allowing yourself to indulge in it?
I mean, I'm just asking. 'Cause there's another word that folks from my generation and before call it. And I truly hope that is not the case with you. Only you and Christ know, however... because it's your heart. You might consider, however, that rather than taking issue with those who are in for sharing that truth, perhaps you need to ask yourself why you have an issue with such a thing. Because, while you may not know it, you really are "reflecting" the same "spirit" as did the scribe and Pharisees of my Lord's day in the flesh... when he told THEM the truth about who HE was.
I'm just sayin'...

I've been saying, "Come!... here, for close to 10 years now and elsewhere for several years before that, dear designs (again, peace to you!). It is what I am SUPPOSED to do... because I hear. My message has been the same from Day 1. I will stop... when my Lord says I have fulfilled MY debt (for those I misled while "touching" the harlot)... or when I can't take the opposition any longer. Because of the strength HE gives me, I think the first will occur first.
