Funny you say that because the new Jeremiah book released last year has a question for one of the paragraphs that asks, "What happened in 607 B.C.?" I don't know if we'll every do that book at the Congregation Bible Studies, but it will be interesting if we do.

6000 years of human history = 1874 = Jesus return in 1874

WTS today

6000 years of human history = 1975 = Jesus return in 1914

Why didn't wts change Jesus' return from 1874 to 1975 if they were just correctling Russell's error?

Russell based 1914 on 536BC as Cyrus first year because the information used was trying to unify history and bible where 538BC was moved to 536BC. Back then Russell claimed that 536 was Cyrus first year as king, why isn't this information used today but a claim that it took two years for Jews to return to their homeland. Russell was willing to move 1914 to 1915 since it wasn't all important date to him but 1874 was.

Russell proved beyong a doubt that 1914 was supported by 40 year harvest work from 1874 so where does this fit into 1914 if 6000 years of human history ends in 1975? Also 36.5 years perallel prophecy proved the 1914 had to be the end of the last days, so where does that caclulation fit in today?

That's right, wts i full of shit and the ONLY reason they kept 1914 was because there was a WW1 or they would have absolutely nothing to back they nonsense with. If 1878 had a great war and nothing happened in 1914 they would have eliminated 1914.

WTS followers will accept artifacts proving 539BC for the fall of Jerusalem but the same artifacts they claim are wrong about 587BC?

WTS won't show any archaeological evidence for 607BC but will reject all evidence for 587BC. The only tools that wts has is deception, ignorance and stupidity on their part and on the part of those who listen to them without checking their references. And we have stupid people like spade who post crap here just to piss people off.

So, the thing for spade to think about is that since s/he's not a witness or is a witness but is disobeying GB by posting here, s/he will die with it's offspring at Armageddon and the bird will eat your flesh. Isn't that a pretty picture Spade?
