    Check it out:

    http://stayawake-standfirm.blogspot.com/2011/04/watchtower-society-has-never-lied.html

StandFirms disclaimer is that the definition of a lie is: "To make an untrue statement with intent to deceive"-Emphasis added.

Of course, other definitions of lie include:

    - an untrue or inaccurate statement that may or may not be believed true by the speaker

    - something that misleads or deceives

Never is a very long time! If you have what you feel is a Watchtower society lie, post it here for StandFirm to defend

Facts are rendered helpless, when confronted with the Power of Belief.

The name "StandFirm" is deceptive and misleading. If StandFirm was in fact 'standing firm' he/she/it would not be on web sites communicating with 'apostates'.

This Watchtower is Inaccurate.. The WBT$ made a False Statement.. That is also the Definition of a Lie.. ...................... ...OUTLAW

Let's say that WT truly believes everything they've ever published.

    So what?

The false information has ruined countless lives. Their motives do not determine the results of false information

Don't forget the WT's "escape clause":

According to the "Insight" book, lying is telling an untruth to someone who deserves to know the truth.

If you determine that your listenedr is not "deserving", you can say anything you darn well please and "Jehovah" doesn't count it as a lie.

Since, according to the WTS, 99.9% of the world is under direct demonic influence, they don't "deserve" to know the truth. If the WT happens to print true things, well that's just a little "undeserved kindness". But if it should knowingly mislead the spawn of Satan, well, that's not "really lying", because the Insight book says it isn't!

    Pretty slick, huh?

    The brain washed delusional.

The WTS lies all the time because they are trying to attract attention from people to their published works.

They wrap it up as spiritual wholesome truth directly from god's holy spirit himself just to make it all seem viable.

Certain members in society who are lets say ignorant, naive and intellectually weak eat up like jam on toast.

    What the Watchtower said
    prior to 1914
What the Watchtower claims it said prior to 1914
"But bear in mind that the end of 1914 is not the date for the beginning, but for the end of the time of trouble. Zion's Watch Tower 1894 July 15 p.226"? Jehovah's witnesses pointed to the year 1914, decades in advance, as marking the start of "the conclusion of the system of things." Awake! 1973 January 22 p.8
"The year A.D. 1878, being the parallel of his assuming power and authority in the type, clearly marks the time for the actual assuming of power as King of kings, by our present, spiritual, invisible Lord...." Studies in the Scriptures - Thy Kingdom Come p.239"The Watchtower has consistently presented evidence?that Jesus' presence in heavenly Kingdom power began in 1914." Watchtower 1993 January 15 pp.5,9
