The Watchtower lied about translating the Bible from the original (Hebrew, Greek ect.). They used the traditional rendering except for where they wished to futher their own cause with propaganda.

See for yourself. For any scripture that you are wondering for the meaning go to Biblos, type in the scripture number (for instance Deuteronomy 7:2). Then click on menu for "Chain". You will notice little to no difference from all the translations listed and the New World Translation. Do it 100 times if you have time for personal Bible study. You will see that they have lied about having "their own version" which they say is the best version. It is NOT the best version, it is the same.

If the publishers of those Bible translations are Babylon the Great, then so is the Watchtower.

One important copy cat rendering they published is Psalm 68:11. It seems "great army" had morphed into "the women". This is important, if I am right (I don't know) because it is the banner many women of Jehovah's Witnesses have taken to heart to preach full time.

Type in Psalm 68:11 on Biblos. Choose the Hebrew tab. It will list the scripture with the interlinear. Click on the word saba it will bring you to other scriptures with the same word in them. See if anywhere there are women mentioned.*

The Watchtower is run by men. Men lie. Lying is a sin. 1 John 1:10 If we make the statement: "We have not sinned," we are making him a liar, and his word is not in us.

AND (in case you say, they have never said they do not lie)

Is it not interesting that the USA is debating whether corporations are people? [I love you Stephen!! I saw Drew flirting with you.]

Any way, because the Watchtower is made up of people who are of the "same mind" they should accept the fact that they all have lied. And to prove to the World that they really are led by the Lord who said "be reconciled to your brother" they should apologize to all their brothers and sisters that they have lied to. And then they should stop lying.

Which lie should they apologize for first? Calling people apostates [we have not all apostasized from truth (seek Jehovah seek righteousness seek meekness)] And for calling them who are apostates mentally diseased.

Then they should apologize for advertising it is Jesus who leads them.

Stand Firm would have us believe that a "false prophet" is only a false prophet if the person intentionally deceived people. So, as long as a person believes their own bullshit they are not a liar. I tend to believe this logic. At least the liar part.

However, intent is not the issue. To recklessly express ideas as facts when they are false is still being a false prophet. The higher crime is that if you don't accept the flavor of the week as the "Truth" as present by the Watchtower you will be punished.

That would be true dear truth_be_known except they teach this -

16 There are six things which the L ORD hates,
Yes, seven which are an abomination to Him:

17 Haughty eyes, a lying tongue,
And hands that shed innocent blood,

18 A heart that devises wicked plans,

19 A false witness who utters lies,
And one who spreads strife among brothers.

Oh and this is another example of a lying scripture. It does not say "the Lord hates" it says those who persist in these 7 things are HATING THE LORD.

The stand the Watchtower has taken is there is no winning in losing.

So they will not admit defeat. Their premise is they are right even when they are wrong (feet in a hurry to run to badness). So what does it picture? A woman who for either good or bad WILL HAVE HER BABY. One way or another.

1 Thessalonians 5:3

2 For you yourselves know full well that the day of the Lord will come just like a thief in the night. 3 While they are saying, “Peace and safety!” then destruction will come upon them suddenly like labor pains upon a woman with child, and they will not escape.

The "thief in the night" is not the Lord coming unawares like most people teach. The thief is they who are saying "peace and security". What are they like? They are like a woman with child. They in fact CAN escape, but they will NOT flee. Because the word for "escape" means "flee". See for yourself.

They say it means the clowns that are making fun of their belief that God will save them. But atheists don't believe it so they don't say "he is promised to come". Who is saying "his coming is promised"? The Christain community. Who is saying "all continues as it was from the beginning"? Reason is.

They say the same people who say "where is his presence" are saying "all things continue as at the beginning". But "all things" is the ANSWER to "where is?"
