would it have been a perfect idea to give everlasting life to people who were capable of and would sin?...if at least one of the angels did sin?

God's perfect way will put an end to sin and the consequences of this sin and its "effects" in everyones life...there is a place for EVERYONE.

Myelaine: Here's a hint for you...I could care less (and sorry for cursing earlier unnecesary.)

But the thing is you came into this discussion with your cutesy reasoning and justification for gods not so perfect actions and than when challenge gave the basic circular reasoning most christians do. When those of us who dont believe give you reason for our non-belief you side step them.

If god is so great why did he lie about the incident in the garden with the serpent? why did he not say Hey the serpent is right! as he ultimately did in vs22:

22 And the LORD God said, "The man has now become like one of us, knowing good and evil. He must not be allowed to reach out his hand and take also from the tree of life and eat, and live forever."

Instead this confession of his comes AFTER he pronounced judgements and CURSES on mankind?!?

Darth! I never thought of vs 22 like that, but good point. Do you know the Mormons teach that man's fall from grace in the garden was good for us and set us up to be like God? LOL It can say whatever you want it to say.

Over 20 years ago I went to a bible study where they taught that Satan came as a snake because it is last in the line of what man rules over. I don't remember the exact order, but his domain was over the birds, the 4 legged creatures, the fish and lastly the animals that creep along the ground (snakes). THEY said that by coming as a snake, man (the general) gave his power to the lowest ranked private (the snake)--and therefore put himself beneath all creation. LOL Like I said, it can say whatever you choose.
