NRFG, your writing style looks familiar. Are you or have you ever been a part of the WTS writing department?
Oh, and didn't you get the memo? No such thing as the slave class anymore.

Ha! stuckinamovement barely beat me to the writing dept. comparison.
@ Scenic viewer, did you know that "gullible" isn't even a word that is in the dictionary?
SIAM
I guess I'm a little slow today. Did I write the work "gulllible" somewhere? I can't find it. Or are you making another point, which I am also missing?
NRFG: Lions don't usually eat small children. You know they have their pride!
I recall a very old post by Maximus saying that the loss was well over 80%. I wonder if the 67% was net.
It would be interesting to consider tipping points in Witness families.
First, one or two kids leave. They have grandkids. Some parents leave. Suddenly, you have most of an extended Witness family out - with the 'loyal' being lonely.

This news makes me very happy. I WISH I would have left JW's when I was 17. I really am happy that the internet is making so many young people wake up to what this whole 'Jehovah's Witness' thing actually is.
NO ROOM FOR GEORGE - Jesus. Stop the bull$hit. You know you don't believe this crap anymore. Why are you writing as if you do ? It may appear satirical - but for newbies coming on here you sound like a damned JW apologist. Just my 2 cents
I remember when I was in the transition of leaving the organization I would post things like no room for george.
I had a specific plan. I heard the jw crap for so long that I knew nothing else. But I knew these ideas were wrong. I needed someone to challenge me with reasonable arguments. This really helped me get things in focus.
So, I feel for you george, I know you want to get out but you only know one thing. I wish you the best.
Until I came to this forum, I never realized just how many people are stuck in and cant get out mainly out of the fear. I know many baptized young ones who would gladly jump ship if they could get the opportunity but stay in because of that fear. Though I don't think many leave for the right reasons(my opinion anyway), fact of the matter is the young people are generally becoming less and less interested. It's EXTREMELY apparent in the fight a young spouses. sisters wil practically attack one another for that "spiritual" brother. And vice versa. It seems to become a lot more difficult for them to find spiritual husbands and wives in the borg.

"gul·li·ble (gl-bl)
adj. Easily deceived or duped..."
