Count me in with the well wishes and you can beat this! I am constantly amazed at how good the chemo is now and how specialized it is. I have a dear friend who has beat death several times and it is all due to phenomenal medical care and her amazing mindset. ((HUGS)) Cofty. I will be thinking of you and checking in to see if you update.

So sorry about the news and sending good vibes your way. My best friend was diagnosed with stage 4 ovarian cancer this past June. The statistics for her early 50's age group gave her a 25% chance of surviving the first year. Her tumors were so large that the doctor couldn't remove her uterus or ovaries. After three rounds of chemotherapy of three weeks on, one week off, her cancer is undetectable on tests. She's scheduled for surgery at the end of this month. They are truly working miracles with cancer treatment, and I hope the same is true for you.

All the best, cofty, and a speedy recovery.

A friend since childhood and I have been recently discussing his situation - same type cancer. Will try to stay abreast of how both of you are faring.

Hang in there! You're young and have a good attitude!

    ATTITUDE

    by: Charles Swindoll

The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life.

Attitude, to me, is more important than facts. It is more important than the past, than education, than money, than circumstances, than failures, than successes, than what other people think or say or do. It is more important than appearance, giftedness or skill. It will make or break a company... a church... a home.

The remarkable thing is we have a choice every day regarding the attitude we will embrace for that day. We cannot change our past... we cannot change the fact that people will act in a certain way. We cannot change the inevitable. The only thing we can do is play on the one string we have, and that is our attitude... I am convinced that life is 10% what happens to me and 90% how I react to it.

And so it is with you... we are in charge of our attitudes.

Positive thoughts heading your way cofty. They're coming across the pond so they may take a day to get there but you've got em. Medical technology is growing in leeps and bounds. You will be well taken care of with the latest and best technology and medical people. Good Luck my friend.

Had cancer in 97. Do NOT go to the hospital! Take a teaspoon of baking soda in water 3 times a day. In one month your cancer will be gone.
