  its colon cancer stage 3 but a still long way from 4 according the MRI and CT scans. 1 local lymph node involved but so far no signs of spread.

  I'm soo sorry to hear this is happening to you Cofty. That's good news that it hasn't spread... Your diet is extremely important so have you considered a plant food diet?? It is recommended for Cancer, diabetes, heart disease sufferers. It's worth a look into.

  i dont think good wishes or good thoughts will make a difference. I am sorry to hear what you are going through, specially because I know you are an intelligent person. I believe that taking the best actions could make a difference. Good nutrition... lots of rest. stopping the intake of anything that is processed will help as well.

  I hope your actions and the people around you are the most effective in this battle. But know that I have empathy for you.

  I think good wishes are very important. As an ex-nurse, I know full well how positve wishes from friends can affect a person.

  Agree with Cyberjesus, cut out all the crap and eat well, take fresh air and moderate excercise when you can. Know that we are here for you.
