Although I'm rooting for NE, I can understand the SF love. Everybody has been a 49er fan at some point during their lifetime.

Well, the Giants made Charles Woodson look tired last week! I'm sure they would confuse Tom Brady too!
As a Giants fan, I'm glad the 49ers put away Mr. Football Strike (Drew Brees) almost took my season away and I don't forgive!

Haven't really watched much football since getting married, getting kids and getting elder-hatted.
Looking forward to watching the Niners with a house full of non-JWs.

I was fully expecting the Giants to lose big to Green Bay so I'm looking at an extra game this weekend as possibly their last. But if they play like they did against GB, then I think it will be a close game. If the defense comes to full form, I don't think SF will be able to handle it.

Then of course the Giants in the Super Bowl and and amazing win against whoever.

Maybe it's just that I'm jealous seeing how the 49ers turned things around in a season...well enough to be in the NFC Championship while Jerry Jones continues to dismantle and destroy a once proud and successful franchise. He might be able to market his precious stadium and sell some pink Romo jerseys but as a GM he's a complete and utter failure. His ego is just too big to admit it and hire a real football man to run things. And yet... I still feel compelled to pull for the old blue and silver...

ENTIRELY POSSIBLE- Glad you're for the NFC because I truly believe it will be my 49ers.
GLANDER- It WAS a great game between New Orleans and S.F. I do believe if New England and S.F. meet in the Super Bowl- New England would probably be at least a 5 to 7 point favorite. But S.F. is having a magical season so far.
KEYSER SOZE- New England may end up beating S.F. in the Super Bowl - but I'm hoping they won't. I admit- I'm a homer.
DARTH FROSTY- So you pick New England to go all the way ? I did too- until the 49ers recent surge.
JRK- I like your prediction buddy. So you think Baltimore will beat New England ? I hope they don't fall prey to the " Brady magic " though.
JAMES_WOODS- Thanks for the love for the 49ers. I'm pulling for them too, believe me.
UNDERCOVER- I'm glad the " Jesus boy " Tebow didn't beat New England either. I would have had to deal with my father in law being bummed out .
BOTCHTOWER SOCIETY- Yeah, you are probably right, the Patriots will win it all - but I'm hoping for some S.F. 49er magic dude.
POPPERS- I agree it was definitely a surprise to see Green Bay get beat by New York. I wasn't expecting THAT at all. But I'm glad New York won because it gave S.F. home advantage in the NFC Championship game. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that they do well.

UNDERCOVER- I read your article- however those violations happened under another ownership and regime. Jed York the nephew owns the team now and everything is on the up and up. He's got different people in the front office and management. The 49ers aren't going away. I think they will send New York packing back to the Big city with their tail between their legs my friend.
DACHEECH- I hope the 49ers put away New York like they did New Orleans ! I hope they win by 7 or more instead of 4 points so I don't have a cardiac arrest though ! LOL !
XCHANGE- Interesting prediction. Personally- I don't think New York will be able to handle the 49ers defense.
UNDERCOVER- Jerry Jones is a tool. Just another owner trying to over control his team ( like Al Davis did with the Raiders ) and doesn't let his front office management make decisions and find the talent.
