Davis is hardly the goat. He had the only two TD receptions. It was stupid, but it didn't affect the score in any way. Kyle Williams muffed punts directly led to 10 Giants points. Enough said.

Never thought I'd be rooting for the Partiots, but hey, so be it. Please do everyone a favor and expose Eli Manning for the mediocre talent that he is. He had very little to do with the victory last night. If it weren't for that first muffed punt, he would have never led the Giants past mid-field and it would have been Niners 17-10. Now everyone is annointing him as one of the best of all time. He got lucky against a clearly superior Patriots team in that last Super Bowl. Here's hoping they return the favor.

Manning got beat up like a rented mule last night. 6 sacks. Despite the pressure, he managed 316 yards in the air and no interceptions.

Nice stats, but without the awesome field position given to him on both muffed punts, he was still only directly responsible for 10 points. JaMarcus Russell could have taken the team to victory if given those two turnovers. I hate to blame it all on one person and two plays, but there's no way I can get past it. The Niners defense gave up ten points. Kyle Williams gave up the other ten at the worst possible moment. Game over.

listen, I don't think he's a top 5 quarterback.
He's like Tony Romo................ you win by romo and you loose by romo............ same Eli.
You don't protect him and he's mediocre, you protect him, and he's like #6 in the league.
Anyway, how about my home town home boy - Victor Cruz?
I saw something special in him since last years pre-season!
