Well, now that I'm able to not have as much of a headache as I had this morning- gawd I'm still pissed off my 49ers didn't make it ! Jesus christ. Yes Kyle Williams made the 2 blunders , but that wasn't the only thing. When an offense only gets 1 of 13 third down attempts it makes it very hard on their own defense having to get back on the field. Yet the niners defense was stellar ! In the offseason S.F. is going to HAVE to get a couple more solid wide receivers instead of just having Vernon Davis as a target. Crabtree was non-existent and isn't all he cracks up to be at this point.

I heard that there are 5 premier wide receivers in the college draft coming up in April and I hope the niners grab one of them. And I hope they go after an experienced free agent wide receiver as well. This position is really the 49ers only weakness at this point. I really thought S.F. was going to win this game. I still believe they would have - if not for the fumbles and lack of third down conversions. They were right there.

One more thing - looks like the east coast media pundits got what they wanted- an east coast Super Bowl. Wonder if that's one reason the officials didn't call a fumble on the Giants running back as his kneees hadn't touched the ground. It's the only play in the whole game that the officials blew the whistle too soon. The 49ers recovered that fumble and would have been deep in N.Y. territory. It definitely made a difference .

All I can say is I hope Tom Brady kicks El'is A$$ in the Super Bowl. Go Patriots, go Brady

Heidi will be alright. I'll pledge never to watch another football game in my life if I could have half of her fortune. They say money can't buy happiness, but "they" have never had to live from paycheck to paycheck. Kyle Williams and Billy Cundiff will do alright too. They'll be on a beach somewhere and smoking Cuban cigars while we all have to get up in the morning and go to work. LeBron was right. Haters can hate all they want, but we all got to get up the next day for work and get on with making a living.

Big Defense wins big games. Eli came into his own four years ago, still in his prime. Any one of the Giants WR corps could have a big day on any given day. Patriots one of the worst pass defenses in the league. Early injuries to key defensive players keeping Giants fresh when it counts.....and peaking at the right time. Brady will be ducking and running for his life. Tom Coughlin building a winning legacy. Giants beat the 2 best teams in the NFC on the road, both games not as close as the refs made it. Idiots kept going under the hood and still blowing the calls. Giants overcame them too. It's 2008 all over again.
