Hi mind blown - thanks for taking the survey - and don't worry, the frustration over your unfair treatment is entirely understandable. Shunning is a cruel and heartless doctrine.
Hopefully with all the legal action and campaigns against the Society at the moment, eventually the pressure will take its toll.

A quick update for those interested in how the 2012 survey is progressing...
So far we are on 374 participants, according to the following breakdown:
69 active publishers, 7 serving elders, 3 professed anointed, 138 inactive/faders, 103 DF'd/DA'd, 54 never baptized.
Obviously, I would have hoped for a higher number of voters after nearly 2 months of the survey's being online, however all votes are appreciated and we are well on course to beat last year's total of 1,118 voters (the "cut off" point being the end of this year).
So PLEASE, keep spreading the word about the survey, and if you haven't yet voted - please do so! Make your voice heard!
