Hmmmm.....
Dumb suggestion, but....
Can you switch to a different browser when you post pix???
[Might be a clumsy process - log out, grab the pix, log back in within the "new" browser, post the pix, log back out, log back in within the "regular" browser, write out your comments, hit "submit"....]
Multiple tabs are a life-saver, in that case - or maybe multiple internet "windows"....
