Other Sheep & New Covenant WT Scams

It is ironic that the very chapter that starts off with a warning from Jesus in the first verse about trying to get into the kingdom some other way than the one he perscribes, contains a verse that the WT uses to try and explain why it is OK to personally reject the New Covenant at the Memorial, and disobey Jesus command to accept the blood covenant symbolized by the Wine Cup to get their personal sins forgiven. (Mt 26:27-28)
Yet, this is what they have sold to the masses. In John 10:16 Jesus makes this casual statement: "And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring" In Mt 15:24 Jesus said while talking to some Jews : "I am not sent but unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel." But we all know that the opportunity of pardon of sin was later opened up to Gentiles.
So, in 1 Cor. 12: 12 - 13 Paul plainly states who the other sheep are that make up the one fold: For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: so also is Christ. 13 For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit.
Clearly the other sheep that Jesus prophesied about were Gentiles.
The anonymous Watchtower writers have also gone to great lenghts to obscure what the New Covenant is. If you ask the average Jehovah's Witness what the New Covenant is and why they reject it; they will tell you that the New Covenant is a contract between God and certain men (144,000) to rule inside of the governmnental portion of God's Kingdom. They base this belief upon the reading in the New World Translation of Luke 22: 29 which erroneously reads: "and I make a covenant with you, just as my father has made a covenant with me, for a kingdom".
On page 1584 of the New World Translation Reference Bible, each of the 33 occurances of the Greek word for covenant, diathe'ke is listed. Luke 22: 29 is not included in this list because the word "covenant" does not appear in the greek text for this scripture. Here is the page so you can see for yourself. Despite this, Fred Franz added it twice anyway in this NWT passage to support the Watchtower's heretical two-covenant (two-class class) theology. There is only one covenant; and it is for the forgiveness of a persons' individual sins and not for a kingdom. So, when a Jehovah's Witness rejects the New Covenant at their observance of the Lord's Supper, he thinks he is only rejecting some sort of governmental position in God's Kingdom, not forfeiting his salvation. Further, he feels OK with this because he doesn't feel like ruling material anyway because deep down he knows that he is not justified before God. In other words, the JW doesn't really know for sure if his sins are forgiven and so naturally he cannot imagine any such a position. This disobedience to Jesus, actually appears to have the "ring of truth" to him.

Hey Perry!
"The anonymous Watchtower writers have also gone to great lengths to obscure what the New Covenant is."
Indeed, indeed.
And your last paragraph - wow! How blind and doped must one be to not see these plain and simple truths? Well written - from the heart. I also know in my heart and spirit that you have not learnt these things from man or from any (religious) organisation.
I experienced how elders were surreptitiously taught a deep seated contempt for the concept of "personal salvation" and anyone heading in that direction, which they have come to regard as typical "apostate" red flags.
This is some of what I am learning so far:
New Covenant = New Testament = the unabridged good news about Jesus = a main part of the eternal Abrahamic Covenant or Promise.
No wonder the Watchtower ruling religious clergy class would choke at any inclusive reference to the "New Covenant Scriptures" (second half of the Bible) - which is also quite clear about ONE HOPE (covering access to both heaven and earth).

Fernando, I totaly agree. As JW's most of us ( I know I did) mocked the concept - Jesus as Personal Savior. My father flat out told me that I was being self absorbed, and giving myself too much self-importance to entertain such ideas. This kind of reasoning is straight out of the pits of Hell.
Hebrews 9:27 states clearly that there will be a PERSONAL JUDGEMENT for every person. This totally justifies the need for a personal savior since "none are righteous, no not one".

Agreed. The Old Testament was about getting your sins forgiven through the blood of animals. The New Covenant (New Testament) was about the EXACT SAME THING except through a "better sacrifice" which was God himself in the personage of the man Jesus "once for all time".
All other theological subterfuges employed by the WT are peripheral to their central teaching of the rejection of the New Covenant for the forgiveness of Personal Sins.

Nice discussion tornapart - book marked
I have long wondered how a man like Franz could so brazenly attempt to overthrow the plain meaning of the New Covenant by the double false insertion of the word "covenant" for a kingdom in God's word. - Luke 22: 29
I've listened to his sermons from the 50's era Yankee Stadium hey-day, and he had some vocal quirks in his delivery that produced a hypnotic effect.... in my opinion. I have noticed that people that I believe were posessed seem to have strange vocal characteristics. ie Hitler. I know that a lot of speculation is not wise, but I can't help but wonder if all this havoc (6 generations in my family) isn't mainly the result of a short demon-posessed misfit college drop-out.

Non-Realis- not real.
Yeshua ben Yoseph (Jesus) misapplying verses from the Tanach simply adds to the legend status of the NT among Orthodox Jews. The 'Covenant' is spelled out in the Torah and confirmed with the Bat Kol (Daughter of the Voice) and the apparition of The Book suspended over the heads of all who stood at Mt. Sinai as recounted in the Talmud.
Jesus' anti-semitism religion brought death to Jews by the disciples of Jesus. Anuism- Conversion by Force was the means by which Christians for centuries treated the Jews. The Visigothic Code, enforced by King Sesibut of Spain and the Christians was to enforce lashings of no fewer than 100 upon any Jew caught worshipping God. A Jew under these Christian lands could also be sold into slavery for practicing their Faith, have their property seized and be burned alive.
All because Jesus intentionally misapplied the real Bible.
