It seems that the average, incurious, brainwashed JW will accept whatever GB party-line is floated - "persecution," "apostates," "imperfect men," etc. NOTHING will change that. However, there are many JWs who have been experiencing cognitive dissonance for years and this will be the final straw or nearly so.
This is an incremental war not a scorched earth, one-off, zero-sum, you name it. Most of us came out of the Borg in steps - not one cataclysmic blinding flash of insight. Having said that, this could be a huge leap for many who have been sitting on the fence. Yahoo!
