God is not required.
This is not a conclusion, only an opinion. What we know is that Order is required for us to be, and where does Order come from? The "Science" answer is "Nothing." Now this answer is interesting coming from the ones who say that "life didn't come from random chance." Because that's been the goto argument from theists. If life came from Nothing how do we know it can't become something else rather than what we are from that Nothing? This begs the question, "What is chance?" Because if this is the ONLY way Nothing becomes Something then there actually is NO CHANCE because chance implies an array of possible outcomes, not just one. Is this "Nothing becoming Something" a roll of the dice or does it HAVE to become what it became? Because if chance doesn't exist then that would be a compelling argument for God as it would imply an unchanging eternal force which is how God has always been described.
