What about Holt's wife? I don't see any reports of the congregation rallying around her. Or was she "irregular" too?
I'm surprised the elders aren't dizzy from all the spinning going on.

By the way this Holt guy could receive the death penalty because he committed three serious crimes all together
at the same event, kidnapping, rape and murder. There has been an update list of 6 charges posed against him.
Mind you Oregon hasn't executed anyone for awhile now, so he might just receive consecutive life sentences.
Holt could avoid execution by talking to Christian Longo. Maybe he'll be in the same prison. See below:

After 10 years I decided to find out if he was still alive. This is the guy who strangled his wife and baby and threw his other two children into the bay (Oregon). This guy had absolutely no remorse. After the murders he flew to Cancun, posed as a news reporter, and shacking up with an unsuspecting German girl when the authorities came to arrest him. I bet she still has nightmares about this.
Now he's using his desire to help "save lives" by donating his organs--changing the law so that even prisoners can donate. Problem is--the process of execution actually makes the organs unfit. Well, you'll just have to read this article for more details.
What about Holt's wife?
The totally forgotten person in all of this mess...
Holt 'visited' the Kingdom Hall? [He was baptized, served as a Ministerial Servant, and was even married in a Kingdom Hall. Would not have been allowed if he was just a marginal member or casual attendee.]
Good ponit AudeSapere
The Child porn has indeed been confirmed by the police department but from where and from whom stated that he had previously been reproved
for watching child porn ?

Nope and you probably won't; they are probably shunning her because they secretly think she didn't perform her wifely duties good enough and drove Jonathan to this! In their minds she is probably as guilty as Jonathan. In many ways I feel sorry for her, and hope she can get through this without going the suicide route.
yea if she is active, she is conspicuously silent after her initial comments. Don't want to portray Jehovah in a bad light.....
Regarding Amanda Holt ('the wife')...
I don't have the articles handy but she's been busy in the ten days since the arrest.
She has been released (without penalty) from the lease on her apartment.
She has made arrangements to leave her current job and resume employement with prior company.
She filed for divorce on Friday.
Clint Heichel has mentioned her with what seems like heartfelt kindness and concern in a few interviews.

Does anyone know if he indeed was a M.S.. If so was he still an MS when he was married in the hall, and was he still an MS when he murdered Whitney?
Any proof that he was a regular publisher? I would love to know, especially if he is an MS. I will ask my wife if the HS appointed him.

He had to have been a regular publisher at some time if he were an MS.
I am interested in the fact that he had been removed and publicly reproved - will any of that get subpoened into testimony by the guy's court-appointed lawyers in support of the insanity plea (which I assume will be the defense strategy)?
If so, it should be highly interesting. Clint Heichel may even have a civil case there...

Regarding Holt's judical reproof, I think it was a JWN poster that said this was false. Holt 'stepped down'. So there is discrepancy with regard to his official congregational status. Clearly he was an irregular and possibly inactive publisher. (Although in the police report he stated that he was out in service with Whitney and others a month or two earlier. But he may have been lying about that in order to explain any evidence in her car that placed him there.)
EDITED TO ADD:
Link to article that summarizes alot of the memorial and the people involved:
"[Amanda is] ... being cared for as much as Clint and just wants people to know how grateful she is for the help," Vaughn said.
