Since we, our system, came into existence millions of yrs after that event, how could we, our system have moved so far ahead, so much faster in time than the light of that time, that it is only catching up up to us now, millions of yrs later. Doesn't meman that we, our system has jumped this far ahead?

satanus, think about it this way, as in an expanding balloon, you living on the surface. but, You have moved out straight from the center of origin in the direction of a radius. but:
the message, image about how it happened arrived taveling along the surface, along the periphery, a longer trip, a curved pathway as a spiral.

I saw this on the news last night. Very interesting stuff finding out how God did things to create the universe, it helps us understand him better. But I am still annoyed that he permits suffering and doesn't help to prevent it.

Thanks coma, I think most posters know my thoughts about God and accept where I am in my journey. I do try and bait ones only so lurkers on a journey see there are many paths they can choose.

So the first expansion was to the size of a marble.

Amazing that we can observe this.
This pattern is going to send me in to a funk for a while.
Lets all call it the greatest oxymoron of all time and that the seemingly most complicated answers are in fact the most simple.
Where does it actually have a great bearing on us as individuals?
If we are able to control our own destinations, what do we really want in our lives.
For me it boils down to love for our fellow man starting with our nearest and dearest.
If you allow anything to stand in the way of that you are inviting a life full of hurt and uncertainty.
