I would like to know how a Jew views those verses, designs.

Whatever works for you Perry. If it makes you happy and gives you a sense of purpose more power to you.

i believe along similar lines but am weary of the whole thing personally. I must have heard a dozen variations of salvation and judgement.

Fernando- Isaiah was the work of several writers and spanned 200 years. It contains epochs describing judgement, exile, and restoration. Judgement concerns King Ahaz and what his actions will mean for the nation. Exile is the reality of the invaders, and the perception that this is because they have displeased God. Restoration and a new beginning is viewed as a core group having always existed to carry on the religion and will ultimately triumph.

That may help shed light on the passage used in the OP- 'probably you might be saved', in a battle good descent men die along with not so good men. Innocent women and children are killed as well.

Later religious groups tried to kidnap these verses for their own purposes. Christian writers wanted these verses to describe their messiah. But you have to also know that Mohammad thought these verses described himself and he was very angry that Jews and Christians rejected him as the new Prophet.
