So any male member of the rank and file who doesn't feel the calling to serve is doomed to being single or leaving to find a mate. I was fortunate that my SO told me she never bought into that. She just wanted a nice man who was faithful to her. She also said she had enough of the pompous attitudes of elders, MSs, and servant wannabees so as to be turned off by them. She told me not too long ago that she is really glad I'm neither an MS nor Elder. She loves me and not a title. I have a good woman.
