I'm sorry but you still seem to be attacking Ray Franz while saying that you aren't. Maybe this is just the impression I got or have read it wrong.

As for the 'wild west' atmosphere on here, I think that is a little unfair. I have always tried to be fair and if anything have been accused of being too protective of silentlambs and abuse survivors. The fact remains that you chose to start making comments about Ray Franz and it is only fair that he was allowed to make comments in return.

What I really think is going on here? ...

I think you have surrounded yourself with the wrong type of people and should be extremely careful who you listen to and not believe everything you are told.

Check facts for yourself before you act and don't accept as gospel what some tell you just because they appear to be very supportive. You may one day find out that they are not as supportive as you thought and are doing more behind the scenes than you imagine - don't let silentlambs be used by others for their own personal agendas.

I wish you luck with your new site and for the future.

"With many advisors, often comes many mistakes"

Thus the need to keep things pure in heart, and stay to what we know is right inside. I honestly think Bill is making a huge mistake in not continuing to share his thoughts on boards like this. Could you imagine what would have happened, had he made that Franz comment on Dateline NBC. I shutter to think what damage that would have done, and how much that would have made the Society cheer. Thinking they killed two birds with one stone.

A knife does not sharpen itself!

    Wow.

That is probably the most heartfelt Post by Bill Bowen I have ever read.

I will comment more on his Post very soon.

    First, kenpodragon said:

I see people on here that have suffered abuse calling themselves "silentlambs" which is a name made up by Mr. Bowman, and frankly I think they should not label themselves.

Was the "silentlambs" title really "made up" by Bill Bowen? Don't you think he might have got it from somewhere? Perhaps the Bible?

Isaiah 40:10: Behold, the Lord Yahweh will come as a Mighty One, and His arm will rule for Him: Behold, His reward is with Him, and His repayment before Him.
Isaiah 40:11: He will feed His Flock like a Shepherd, He will gather the lambs in His arm, and carry them in His bosom, and will gently lead those who have their young.

Psalm 119:176: I have gone astray like a lost sheep. Seek Your servant, for I don't forget Your Commandments.

Jeremiah 23:1: Woe to the shepherds who destroy and scatter the sheep of My pasture! says Yahweh.
Jeremiah 23:2: Therefore thus says Yahweh, the God of Israel, against the shepherds who feed My people: You have scattered My Flock, and driven them away, and have not visited them; behold, I will visit on you the evil of your doings, says Yahweh.
Jeremiah 23:3: I will gather the remnant of My Flock out of all the countries where I have driven them, and will bring them again to their folds; and they shall be fruitful and multiply.
Jeremiah 23:4: I will set up shepherds over them, who shall feed them; and they shall fear no more, nor be dismayed, neither shall any be lacking, says Yahweh.
Jeremiah 23:5: Behold, the days come, says Yahweh, that I will raise to David a Righteous Branch, and He shall reign as King and deal wisely, and shall execute justice and righteousness in the land.

Jeremiah 50:6: My people have been lost sheep: their shepherds have caused them to go astray; they have turned them away on the mountains; they have gone from mountain to hill; they have forgotten their resting-place.
Jeremiah 50:7: All who found them have devoured them; and their adversaries said, We are not guilty, because they have sinned against Yahweh, the habitation of righteousness, even Yahweh, the hope of their fathers.

Ezekiel 34:2: Son of man, prophesy against the shepherds of Israel, prophesy, and tell them, even to the shepherds, Thus says the Lord Yahweh: Woe to the shepherds of Israel who feed themselves! Shouldn't the shepherds feed the sheep?
Ezekiel 34:3: You eat the fat, and you clothe you with the wool, you kill the fatlings; but you don't feed the sheep.
Ezekiel 34:4: You haven't strengthened the diseased, neither have you healed that which was sick, neither have you bound up that which was broken, neither have you brought back that which was driven away, neither have you sought that which was lost; but with force and with rigor have you ruled over them.
Ezekiel 34:5: They were scattered, because there was no shepherd; and they became food to all the animals of the field, and were scattered.
Ezekiel 34:6: My sheep wandered through all the mountains, and on every high hill: yes, My sheep were scattered on all the surface of the Earth; and there was none who searched or sought.
Ezekiel 34:7: Therefore, you shepherds, hear the Word of Yahweh:
    Ezekiel 34:8: As I live, says the Lord Yahweh, surely because My sheep became a prey, and My sheep became food to all the animals of the field, because there was no shepherd, neither did My shepherds search for My sheep, but the shepherds fed themselves, and didn't feed My sheep;
Ezekiel 34:9: therefore, you shepherds, hear the Word of Yahweh:
Ezekiel 34:10: Thus says the Lord Yahweh: Behold, I am against the shepherds; and I will require My sheep at their hand, and cause them to cease from feeding the sheep; neither shall the shepherds feed themselves any more; and I will deliver My sheep from their mouth, that they may not be food for them.
Ezekiel 34:11: For thus says the Lord Yahweh: Behold, I Myself, even I, will search for My sheep, and will seek them out.
Ezekiel 34:12: As a shepherd seeks out his flock in the day that he is among his sheep that are scattered abroad, so will I seek out My sheep; and I will deliver them out of all places where they have been scattered in the cloudy and dark day.
Ezekiel 34:13: I will bring them out from the peoples, and gather them from the countries, and will bring them into their own land; and I will feed them on the mountains of Israel, by the watercourses, and in all the inhabited places of the country.
Ezekiel 34:14: I will feed them with good pasture; and on the mountains of the height of Israel shall their fold be: there shall they lie down in a good fold; and on fat pasture shall they feed on the mountains of Israel.
Ezekiel 34:15: I Myself will be the Shepherd of My sheep, and I will cause them to lie down, says the Lord Yahweh.
Ezekiel 34:16: I will seek that which was lost, and will bring back that which was driven away, and will bind up that which was broken, and will strengthen that which was sick: but the fat and the strong I will destroy; I will feed them in justice.
Ezekiel 34:17: As for you, O My Flock, thus says the Lord Yahweh: Behold, I judge between sheep and sheep, the rams and the male goats.
Ezekiel 34:18: Does it seem to be a small thing to you to have fed on the good pasture, but you must tread down with your feet the residue of your pasture? And to have drunk of the clear waters, but you must foul the residue with your feet?
Ezekiel 34:19: As for My sheep, they eat that which you have trodden with your feet, and they drink that which you have fouled with your feet.
Ezekiel 34:20: Therefore thus says the Lord Yahweh to them: Behold, I, even I, will judge between the fat sheep and the lean sheep.
    Ezekiel 34:21: Because you thrust with side and with shoulder, and push all the diseased with your horns, until you have scattered them abroad;
Ezekiel 34:22: therefore will I save My Flock, and they shall no longer be a prey; and I will judge between sheep and sheep.
Ezekiel 34:23: I will set up One Shepherd over them, and He shall feed them, even My Servant David; He shall feed them, and He shall be their Shepherd.
Ezekiel 34:24: I, Yahweh, will be their God, and My Servant David Prince among them; I, Yahweh, have spoken it.
Ezekiel 34:25: I will make with them a Covenant of Peace, and will cause evil animals to cease out of the land; and they shall dwell securely in the wilderness, and sleep in the woods.
Ezekiel 34:26: I will make them and the places round about My Hill a blessing; and I will cause the shower to come down in its season; there shall be showers of blessing.
Ezekiel 34:27: The tree of the field shall yield its fruit, and the Earth shall yield its increase, and they shall be secure in their land; and they shall know that I am Yahweh, when I have broken the bars of their yoke, and have delivered them out of the hand of those who made slaves of them.
Ezekiel 34:28: They shall no longer be a prey to the nations, neither shall the animals of the Earth devour them; but they shall dwell securely, and none shall make them afraid.
Ezekiel 34:29: I will raise up to them a plantation for renown, and they shall be no more consumed with famine in the land, neither bear the shame of the nations any more.
Ezekiel 34:30: They shall know that I, Yahweh, their God am with them, and that they, the house of Israel, are My people, says the Lord Yahweh.
Ezekiel 34:31: You My sheep, the sheep of My pasture, are men, and I am your God, says the Lord Yahweh.

Matthew 9:35: Jesus went about all the cities and the villages, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the Gospel of the Kingdom, and healing every disease and every sickness among the people.
Matthew 9:36: But when He saw the multitudes, He was moved with compassion for them, because they were harassed and scattered, like sheep without a shepherd.

Matthew 18:5: Whoever receives one such little child in My Name receives Me,
Matthew 18:6: but whoever causes one of these little children who believe in Me to stumble, it would be better for him that a huge millstone should be hung around his neck, and that he should be sunk in the depths of the sea.

Matthew 18:10: See that you don't despise one of these little children, for I tell you that in Heaven their angels always see the face of My Father who is in Heaven.
Matthew 18:11: For the Son of Man came to save that which was lost.
Matthew 18:12: "What do you think? If a man has one hundred sheep, and one of them goes astray, doesn't he leave the ninety-nine, go to the mountains, and seek that which has gone astray?
Matthew 18:13: If he finds it, most assuredly I tell you, he rejoices over it more than over the ninety-nine which have not gone astray.
Matthew 18:14: Even so it is not the Will of your Father who is in Heaven that one of these little children should perish.

John 10:11: I am the Good Shepherd. The Good Shepherd lays down His Life for the sheep.
John 10:12: He who is a hired hand, and not a shepherd, who doesn't own the sheep, sees the wolf coming, leaves the sheep, and flees. The wolf snatches the sheep, and scatters them.
John 10:13: The hired hand flees because he is a hired hand, and doesn't care for the sheep.
    John 10:14: I am the Good Shepherd. I know My own, and I'm known by My own;
John 10:15: even as the Father knows Me, and I know the Father. I lay down My Life for the sheep.

A bit off the topic Undisfellowshipped but I always wondered why he chose Silentlambs which is so close to "The Silence of the Lamb". Of course I got the Silent lamb connection from the bible but it seemed a poor choice considering the movie title that so closely matches it.

Wow, talk about coming from out in left field with something off topic. Did you know I am Pagan, Shaman to be exact and do not see the Bible as an authority? (Sorry if that offends Christians) Just something for future reference. I do not even read comments that quote scripture, as I have read the Bible enough to know what it says without reminders. Sorry about that.

Read ALL of my comments. They are very thought out and posses "my words" and not the Bibles. I know people often pull my thoughts first, and I do not know why. Perhaps I just have the ability to piss people off. Who knows.

Getting late here .... bedtime. (Enjoy the debate ... it is a freedom I cherish!!!!!)

PS : He still choose the title!!!!! Unless we are saying God inspired him to write it. LOL In that case, I really do have a problem.

PSS : I did not find your post upsetting. "It's all good!!!!!!!!!!! "

Many have heard Bill say he wants to bring the org down.

    Interesting...

Let me ask everyone on here a question:

Is the Watchtower going to be Reformed and Change their Policy?

I highly doubt it, unless they are forced to by being brought to the brink of Bankruptcy by Lawsuits from Victims.

How, then, do you think the silentlambs can cause the Policies to change?

I really see only one option: Cause the Borg to go Bankrupt and "Out-Of-Business" and Free the Lambs.

Bill has stated several times on this Board that if the Watchtower changed their Policies tomorrow, the silentlambs organization would immediately STOP focusing on the Watchtower's Policies, and focus only on helping and supporting the Victims.
