An excellent point made by Maclellan was that a victim/witness is obligated to go to the elders to report wrongdoing. . . . . It really isn't even their choice to do so (unless they want to share in the wrongdoer's sins)--- and yet their testimony is worthless if their isn't another witness. . . . . Just thought that was a phenomenally insightful point that I have never heard anyone make ever before.
Just demonstrates the depth of understanding this commission has of this cult.

@breakfastofchampions - I loved that point too. It is ironic that they have no problem enforcing reporting within the organization. They just don't care for reporting outside it much. These Aussies have made some devastating points. Too bad most JW's won't ever hear it or allow themselves to even think about it. I used to be that way.

Ohiamfree: Nah i reckon the blonde isn't on JW side, she has pulled quite a few confused faces when material has been shown challenging comments from defendants.
I am sure she is a WT lawyer. One of the many news articles that i have read had a photo of her walking beside Mr. Horley down a sidewalk together. Trust me. Lawyers do not walk with witnesses unless they represent them.
Blondie is coaching some of the witnesses - giving encouraging smiles. That is another reason she is seated in the middle. She has a clear line of sight to the hot seat. That's her womanly role. Give support to the WT witnesses. It is right in their manual.
Eh...I'll be catty. That color of blouse doesn't help - she still looks hungover.

BOC I am so incredibly impressed at the depth of understanding they have. They had to have done many many MANY months of extensive research. I saw someone else wonder in a post if someone with the commission might have visited this site. I fully believe they had to, and JWfacts. They are so incredibly well versed NOTHING seems to get by them and they call out the lies and twists each and every time.
