There are some very glaring omissions from his claim, ones that would not shine a favourable light on himself up his patrons. I could well agree with your view Simon. This does not appear to be written for the court.

Lloyd seems to be going off the mistaken belief that if someone says something he doesn't like, that somehow must be illegal and if it makes him looks bad, it also must be defamatory. Basically, he's following the "butt-hurt belief" system.
Where he struggles is to then put that into words that won't elicit even more ridicule (why he still hasn't AFAIK, ever been willing to point to anything anyone has said as being specifically defamatory) and why he'll struggle even more to put any of it into words that a court would accept as any kind of reasoned argument.
"but I don't like what they said about me!" isn't a legal strategy. Especially when what they said is what you told them about yourself.

LOL, not hard to find evidence to the contrary. I'm pretty sure I could pull out some threatening emails I've received from him over the years.

Not trying to intentionally play Devil’s advocate here, but there is also reason to believe that Lloyd Evans is deluded enough to think this has a chance at success.

This is a man who thought that admitting he had been seeing prostitutes for 3-4 years was an effective way to ward off suggestions he had been in Thailand doing just that.
His problem is he has lived in a bubble for so long, never having to face real consequences for his actions until recently. His behaviour has been enabled and covered up by his dad, his wife, exJWs and now his remaining financial backers.

Yeah, this is a man that thought the use of the term "regular" when applied to his use of prostitutes every 2 or 3 months for 4 years was ("I'm going to say") "libellous". You could see his brain-cell inventing the new reality in the middle of the live-stream ... in between his belief that people were hacking his broadcast because he was suddenly without people to work the YouTube levers for him.
You're right - what he does doesn't have to be malice, or cunning, or anything more than a simpleton who's been given a microphone.

Thease new documents he is using (like suing Cora for retweeting a video he didn't sue the owner for making) which by the way will raise a hell of alot of questions for him against a judge, is he using the same lawyer as before, Novel?

The trouble with Lloyd is that he simply cannot tell the truth to anyone about anything, lying to him comes as naturally as breathing, and he can't get his story straight because he has never needed to until now, this won't sit well with any judge or defence lawyer they will tear him apart in minutes
