I attended my family's Redneck Reunion in Houston this past weekend. Lots of fun, and all my redneck cousins had a blast.

Shouldn't you get confirmation of everyones 'congregational status' before inviting them to your party? (ha ha) Just like the people excluded from the actual JW chat boards without proof of their status within the congregation--you should get proof of their actual apostate status before they show up at your party and are really witnesses! They could bring literature and try to 'bait' you back to the meetings!

I wish I could come! But, a plane trip right now would not be possible (I live about 2,000 miles away). Hopefully someone will post some pics afterward. Have fun Nina!

jst2laws -- are you the Mystery Guest for this shindig? I HOPE SO!!!! Okay, everybody, please note the time change: THE PARTY BEGINS AT NOON OR 1:00 P.M. instead of in the evening because Jes needs to take Searcher to the rodeo, which begins at 8:00 p.m.
Photos will be posted for those of you who can't make it.
And last night I had the lovely surprise of Searcher and prcapone and Jesika and her son Jessie coming over to the house for a visit! Beer, wine and coconut rum flowed freely, as did the conversation and laughter. (I made prcapone snort beer out his nose!!!) It was great fun, though Big Tex was bummed because he had to be at work. However, he'll make up for it on Saturday!
