I have met the following Star Trek personalities: Marina Sirtis, Patrick Stewart, James Doohan, Majel Barrett, and John DeLancie.

I've met or had "close encounters" with the following actors & actresses: Liza Minelli, Linda Evans, Chevy Chase, Alan Alda, Carol Burnett, Sally Struthers, and Bob Barker.

The only actor I would never want to meet again was Jerry Lewis. He was rude and disgusting.

My most memorable encounter with someone famous was a delightful afternoon spent back in the mid-1980s with an elderly, white-haired Jack Bailey. Don't remember him? He was the moderator of the most bizarre television game show ever, called Queen For A Day which aired in the 1960s. It was TV's first reality show. He was so thrilled that someone actually recognized him!

Oh, yeah, how could I forget???

About 4 years ago, I road in a shuttle bus from JFK Airport to Newark Airport with a very pleasant woman seated next to me. We struck up a conversation and discovered we had mutual friends. She had this "you do know who I am, don't you?" look on her face the whole time. It wasn't until we were in view of Newark Airport that I realized I was sitting next to Vanessa Williams!

I sat across the aisle from Tom Skerritt the actor on an Alaska Airlines flight.

I had to tell Robert Conrad that our buffet spread for a training seminar at a mexican restaurant in Hollywood wasn't part of happy hour. (He didn't take it well).

And I went to HS with Donal Logue, lead of Grounded for Life on the WB and star of the movie The Tao of Steve (as well as innumerous supporting roles). He is best known to people my age as Jimmy the Cabdriver on MTV.

I also have met some NBA players - Jermaine O'Neal, Isiah Rider, Rasheed Wallace - when I used to do work on expensive car stereos.

I met Willie Nelson when I worked at a restaurant.

I was the cashier and must have been tied up with paying customers, as I didn't see him walk in. I walked down to chat with the girls at the "coffee counter" and they mentioned Willie Nelson was sitting at a table in our restaurant. I thought they were lying...lol...They asked ME to go get his autograph for them....(guess they were too shy). I marched right over to the table where he was sitting with 3 other gentlemen, introduced myself and and told him that a couple waitresses recruited me to get his "autograph". He said, I will catch you at the register. Sure enough he did as he paid his bill. He wasn't very friendly and by the way, not a good tipper either ....But he left me 4 signed autographs, one that I inherited!!! I graciously thanked him too!!!

Princess is the one who has met lots of famous people. I am trying to get her to post a photo of her and her hubby with Vince Gill recently.

Rachel has friends with connections in high places and met one of our U.S. Senators not too long ago, Maria Cantwell, in a social situation.

And Rachel's husband went to a high school for the performing arts, (Interlocken) and knows several celebrities from there. The only one I can remember is Sean Young (bitchy actress).

My father knew Robert Cummings pretty well. He called our house from time to time. And the former departed governor of our State (Al Rosellini) was a close friend of Dad's. One of his navy friends was Victor Mature.

If you count famous artists, Mr. Codeblue and I met John Pitre, and Steven Powers.

We met both artists at a Wyland Art Gallery. We had purchased a print from both artists.

As a complimentary gift, John Pitre gave us his book "The Art and Works of a Visionary" and he autographed it as well. He was a very down to earth, friendly guy. He invited Mr. Codeblue and myself to dinner with him and the other artists showcasing that night. We went and had a blast!!!
