Welcome to the board What The...

When I first found out the JW religion was not the 'truth' I was devastated too. But life does get better believe me.

In the long run, it's much better to be honest than live a lie I say.

    What the...

Welcome to the board! I know it's scary, but you are in a good place. As my JW father used to always say, "The truth will always comes out...". And it has. Your doubts are well-founded and you are not alone. There are thousands of us here and many other thousands that are not on this board! You can share on a thread like this or you can PM (personal message) anyone specifically. I hope at some point you feel comfortable enough to share your thoughts and what brings doubts you're struggling with. We are here to listen!

    Regards,

    Andi

    Hey What the....

Welcome to the Discussion and information forum.

It is scary when you take those first steps to educate oneself. Please feel comfortable here and investigate the information provided.

After awhile the instilled phobias of the Watchtower Society will dissipate and the mind control techniques they use will become apparent to you. You probably go through of a range of emotions as you read things about the Watchtower Society that you never knew.

Again welcome.. and take your time to let different things about Jehovahs Witnesses. and now I'm going back over your topic and go to some of those sites myself.

    welcome again

I have given my all to Jehovah and am scared that if this is not the truth then where will I go.

How about going to yourself? Go deep inside to your heart, find a quiet place and listen. Your answer is there, although I suspect you already know it. It's very frightening at first to find out that what you thought was The Truth, really isn't. We've all been there. But realize God doesn't make crap, and your doubts are there for a reason. But there is plenty of time. Just relax and allow yourself to hear what you are supposed to hear. And when the answer comes, listen to it, believe it, conquer the fear and become the person you were meant to be.

    Welcome What The...

Just remember one thing- leaving the WT does not mean you are leaving Jehovah! Don't let them emotionally blackmail you with that. They are a bunch of men, they do not have the truth. Hang in there, you will learn a lot here.

    Hi What The ...

I am an ex-JW Druid (one of the few ... ) not interested in converting you or subverting you, but willing to listen and to be as honest as I can be, in whatever I tell you. I was a Witness for over 30 years, left voluntarily in 2000, was a "what the ..." for a couple of years, but pro-actively explored other types of spirituality, and ended up in an offbeat but very pleasant and growth-oriented place, spiritually. Needless to say, my approach to "religion" is completely different now than it was a few years ago. Some of the same reasons for which you might hesitate to talk with me could also be good reasons to do so. cruithnelaluna @ yahoo.com

You are going through a difficult time, but you can make your life better. I think step one is to "get your bearings," and after you accomplish that, you can make an intelligent and right-for-you decision regarding which direction you want to go.

    Warm regards,

    Cruithne

am a Jehovah?s witness that has had a lot of doubts the past 5 or 6 months. I don?t know where to turn or what to do. I have given my all to Jehovah and am scared that if this is not the truth then where will I go. There has been a lot of changes that really disturb me. I know this isn?t much to go on, but I don?t want to get found out coming to this website asking these kind of questions. Thank you in advance, Confused.

Go to Jesus and the Bible. John 6:68 is talking about not leaving Jesus, not a religious organization. Just because an organization uses Jehovah's name and claims to represent him does not mean that it really does. I have never been a JW but I have a personal relationship with him and so can you and your family.
