nilfun - those are two of my faves.
I also like The Wicker Man and Jacob's Ladder.

"Spider" w. Ralph Finnes was a good thriller...
Wrong Turn is funny/ horrible & a real adrenaline rush. you gotta love those inbred cannibal hillbilly zombies.
Ringu was bizarre. I liked the hairstyle of the little girl tho. Like a junior version of Cousin It.

I thought The Ring was great. I have a friend at work who was going to tape the video sequence and mail it to a friend of hers that had just seen the movie. The office agreed that doing that might lead to justifiable homicide.

oh man i can't believe i forgot the shining!! i STILL can't watch the end of that movie, that's got to be my ultimate favorite.

An old British film called Vampire Lovers -- both scary and sexy -- also liked The Exorcist -- and The Original Carrie in the ver yfinal scene still sacres me to this day even though I know what is coming - -you know the hand out of the ground
