I am sorry. Life is a bitch sometimes.
But you have that good dog Ben to cheer you up! And all of us on this forum.
There is something good in store for you, buddy.

ps.
Caspian, if you were on the "right" side of the pond, we ( all of your American friends, that is) would all take you out and get you rip roaring drunk....might help you see straight...and of course we would pick up the tab
Even when you want a divorce, it is still painful.
Your dreams are broken...
But time heals all wounds.
regards & hugs.
Is this a result of your fading or was this in the works anyway? (Nosy, I know)
Hope things work out for both of you.

Caspian, Oh brother I feel horrible for you. This whole year has been one long tragedy in your life and your stress point has probably been breached. My advise is to take it slow. Do or don't do stuff. Give yourself permission to be you. Grieve and then get really pissed off... anger over loss is a good thing. Everyone here is plenty supportive of you, so fill up on the knowledge of that, AND I'm also a fat lady and I sing everyday, so out with the bad karma and in with this new fresh highway.
Hugs from Panda

((((((((((((((Cas))))))))))))))) We are thinking of you
Hang in there my friend. I went throught this 5 years ago,(after being married for 15). The first three years were tough. But these last two have been great. Just try to learn something from this. Look ahead and work hard. One day you'll look up and wonder how you were ever married to that person! Maverick
Thanks for the support guys
The emails, pms, replys and especially my voice chat with my best mate has really helped.
