    . Now I've come to realize that I don't know if there's a god or not;

    I am so with you on this. I think there is, but I just don't know anymore. I am still searching. Looking for a church to take my family. The only thing wrong with this, is I tear them apart even before the service begins, then I don't go back.

    Time and again I see folks proposing that there is no God, or that "Truth" can't be found.
    How do you define either?

    I can't say that I'm "searching for THE truth", because truths seem to continually confront me, as I walk on the path of life.
    It's an exciting journey, taking many twists and turns that wouldn't necessarily have been of my choosing. I can't grumble, though, as it's certainly taken me places I didn't expect. As they say, "Variety is the spice of life"

    Is God or truth to be found within?
    I think so, but then I believe in an omnipresent God

    I wouldn't say I was "searching" necessarily, but I am open to the truth about life and all it entails. Amazing the sights you see when you open the mind

    From what I have read, the only thing we need is a relationship with Jesus. That alone is fine with me. I don't need organized religion for that.

    I'm all searched out too, but it still remains a big question in my life. I sort of agree that it will just be a feeling inside our being. We will never know based on any evidence.

    I'm still looking, not to say that i haven't found many, already. I have accepted many truths about myself, about how the world seems to work, about the universe. I think i use the taoist method - i try to understand what is, what's going on.

    We all have "the truth". It's our spirituality, and it's inside all of us. Some of us have tapped into it a little deeper than others. Sprituality (truth) is different from being religious. I don't consider myself religious at all. And, I don't feel a need to search for anything, because I know truth is already in me. We are forever learning about truth just by our experiences and relationships in our lives. When we strive to learn more about who we really are, our core self, we are searching for truth and we do eventually find it by looking deeply into who we are and by listening to ourselves within own quietness.

    I do believe that having "spirituality" is important. I think we all naturally possess this instinct.

    I am always searching for the truth . The truth is the most precious thing in the world . How many times have we been lied to and suffered for it ? I don't know about you but it seems all I ever see are people trying to manipulate and twist the facts for personal gain . Religions are a classic example of this .

    Is searching for the truth-------a little bit overrated?
