My comment was actually direct to the Americans who want government health care...I'm sure the vast majority of Canadians are aware they're paying WAY too much in taxes.
Uh, yeru, who pays for your health care ???

Where in Texas is it still $1.29 a gallon? LOL
Shhhhhhhh! lol. I get mine at the company fillin' station behind the Halliburton main office.
When did this turn into a slam Yeru and the American Military thread?
When did anyone do that?

Princess, that was not a slam the military. Just for the record I am somewhat to the right of dakota red politically. I am quite sure Yeru earns everything he receives from the taxpayers and then some. I do have some experience in this area having previously served in the military for four years. It just seemed like a fair question at the time. Bug

This morning, when I took the kids to school, it was 78.4¢/L (which is way too stinkin' much IMO). Then, this afternoon at 3:05 pm, the retailers jacked the price up to 88.9¢/L.
Once the afternoon rush was done, at around 4:15 pm, the price magically dropped back down to 78.8¢/L.
The gas stations here play that game on a weekly basis. Usually the prices go up Thursday night or first thing Friday morning by anywhere from 5 to 10 cents a gallon. By Monday morning, the prices are usually back to the previous prices.
